★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been going to Banfield for about three or four years now. I've been to several other vets with my dog but I keep going back because the reasonable price, they have more vaccines available than other vets, and they've always taken great care of my little dude Steve. He recently had his teeth cleaned and they look great. He had a large earwax buildup at the same time and they deep cleaned his ears for no extra charge when they had him under anesthesia.I have no plans on changing vets and they do a great job with calming my dog down and making him feel comfortable.
November 19 · Matthew HallDr Dunn is by the far the best Vet on earth!….see the grin on that dog….thats “Nomad”…nomad crawled out of the woods in Dallas Texas at 7 weeks old the only survivor of a coyote attack on his mom and siblings…I had no intentions of keeping him as I am an OTR truck driver with another dog….vet in Dallas …I offered to pay to fix his injuries etc and to get him adopted out….Vet said we will put him down, he doesn’t stand a chance…..After about a year…Nomad started showing severe signs of stress and aggression for no reason….i thought I was going to have to put him down….last ditch effort got me to Dr Dunn…with Medication, and patience…Lots of patience…13 bites to myself…Nomad is still with us and is a completely different animal ….we all deserve a chance…thank you Banfield….and thank you so much for helping keep Nomad alive.
August 17 · Rocket MiceliI have been going to Banfield for several years. I use the welness plans they offer. I have not had to call to make an appointment for routine care since I've became a client with my pets. They call me to schedule any routine appointments. When my pet needs to be seen they are usually able to get them in either the same day or the very next day when I call. What I really love is that I can travel with my pets and never have to worry about being so far away from their vet. Banfield has office all over the place so I am sure to always be close to an office for any emergency that may arrive either at home or while on the go. I love how they love my pets as much as i do. One of the best vet clinics I've ever been to.
July 04 · Christina AndrewsCAT OWNER REVIEW: I just went for vaccines. I appreciate Dr. Kechejian and the staff. They were friendly towards me and my cats, and the doctor knew where to apply vaccines in cats. The lady at the check-in was very accommodating and offered to put one of my cats on a stable surface. In the examination room, they put a blanket on the table and allowed me to hold my cats during the exams and procedures, which helped my cats stay calm. I really appreciate this because one of my cats can be spicy, and vet techs have had trouble with her in the past when taking her to a separate room from me, but this time the examination and vaccination went super smoothly. So I am looking forward to establishing their care at this hospital. I also appreciate offering the care plans, but not forcing them or vaccines I did not want at this time, transparency for prices, availability of services, a discount for taking pets together, and making it easy to pay throughout the year. I will probably get that for my boy. Thank you!
April 22 · Bianca CostaWe had to put our cat down on a very gloomy morning in July and the entire time there were dogs barking and whining in the lobby even though the place has a lit sign that notifies everyone that there are people grieving and saying goodbye to their loved ones. People just don't care. The vet taking care of the euthanasia process was very empathetic and kind to us, but that unrestrained behavior outside in the vet lobby just made us more wrecked emotionally.
