★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an emergency with my mom’s little Maltipoo who was having a prolonged seizure (over 5 minutes), and even though the clinic was short-staffed, they took us in without hesitation because they were the closest emergency vet. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was unbelievably helpful, compassionate, and attentive. You could genuinely feel that every person there truly cares about the animals and the work they do. They treated us and our pup with so much kindness and urgency—we’re beyond grateful for their care during such a scary moment. Thank you for being there when we needed it most.
July 11 · Alison MillerAll I can say is they are wonderful, some of the most caring & compassionate people/staff I've ever seen! My Great Pyrenees Chance was sent to them from Four Seasons Veterinary Specialists with paralysis to his hind legs following falling over rock-outcropping in our fenced backyard in Estes Park after spotting a pregnant Mama Elk. Chance couldn't get up, and I had to help him up and get him to stumble inside. He seemed to get better, but then took a turn for the worse. He stayed at VCA for three nights, And had a ton of tests and procedures done to rule out many different things. They were wonderful to work with, kept me informed at all times, and were so loving and kind to Chance. I always knew what was going on with him and where things stood and when you live alone with your beloved pet and that's the only thing you have in the world, it means everything. It was very reassuring to have a staff care that much about my beautiful dog and even though we have a long recovery ahead of us, he came home yesterday, and the slow healing will begin which could not have been possible without the wonderful staff here at VCA. I am so grateful and appreciative to know that there are people here who truly care! Thank you so much,Julie Childers & Chance
June 08 · Jules ChildersWOW! VCA went above and beyond for us in a heart breaking time. We went in late at night with a very sick dog. The staff was absolutely wonderful when the heartbreaking decision came. Allowing us to be with him the whole time and spend time after. They even had someone come sit with him as we left so he was never alone. Only 3 days later we received our beautifully engraved box and paw prints. In the mail a couple of weeks later we received ink paw prints, nose prints and a lock of his hair! All of this done in a extremely reasonable price! I'm so touched by the love and compassion that was given to us when our hearts were breaking. This was our first time with them and they made it feel like we were family and long time patients. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am forever grateful for VCA's care, love, compassion, and respect that was given to not only us but also our beloved Butch. Thank you VCA especially Dr. Anney, Alie, and Jackie!
March 02 · Jenn SebestaI brought in my cat Remy in the middle of the night because he was having an allergic reaction to a vaccine. Marissa, Allie, and Dr Lange I can’t thank you enough for making sure my baby boy is good and all taken care of. These ladies were very nice and genuine to my cat and I, even with a dog in the next room having a serious medical issue, y’all still managed and did a great job doing so.
May 22 · Clemente SmithMy cattle dog, Royal, injured his back and became semi-paralyzed in his hind legs. We were referred here by the ER, and I’m so grateful we ended up with Dr. Amy Komitor. She was thorough, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable—explaining everything clearly, answering all our questions, and even writing out pages of detailed care instructions. Royal normally doesn’t like vets, but she was gentle and sweet with him that he relaxed during the consultation. I truly feel he's in the best hands.
