★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great staff, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr Waltz has guided us through 2 TPLO surgeries for our pup, he is great and so is the surgeon they use. She is recovering well! Very affordable and good care compared to other vets I’ve used in the past.Always on time, friendly, and great care, never feel rushed out. Would recommend this place to everyone!
August 07 · Cooper NelsonMy pup hit on 34 by the lake, thankfully only suffering from some road rash on his front leg, and we took him right over to the vet and they got him right in and checked out and bandaged and sent home with meds. They were all so sweet to my boy and very reasonably priced.
July 30 · Stephanie FoxNot a good place. I would use a different office.Techs can’t seem to keep things straight. We proactively brought our dogs in for a wellness exam and all shots needed before leaving town for 3 months.I went to refill their heart worm meds and was declined. When o talk to them she told me the we decline blood work and head worm. This never happened.I specifically asked if they would refill all prescriptions we get through Chewy. To which o was told “sure”. Never once was it mentioned they would need a test before refills. There were 2 of us there and neither refused or declined anything. So now I have to hunt down a vet in an area I don’t know. Pay for a new appt only to have bloodwork that if required should have been done.Because the tech forgot we now get to pay. Thanks Big Thompson.Finding a new place for our dogs. One that can manage to keep my appt straight and focus on what we need at the time.
August 18 · Kimberly FThe staff and vets are very trustworthy, caring, and professional. I have been going here for over 10 years and they have saved our animals on multiple occasions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
August 16 · Jennifer GavinThe Big Thompson Animal Hospital is outstanding! Our dog was in need of emergency surgery. They took us in at very short notice and their prices are super affordable! They saved us a lot of money while making sure our dog got amazing care. I highly recommend them and will difinitely be bringing all my dogs back there in the future!
