★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’d like to express my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Thornton and the entire team at Cambridge Animal Hospital for taking such excellent care of our girls. Both of our dogs absolutely loved Dr. Thornton and the staff. The entire experience was smooth, quick, and efficient, yet always delivered with a level of friendliness that made us feel completely comfortable. It was hands down the best vet visit we’ve ever had, and our dogs seemed to agree! The facility was spotless, and the care was top-notch. I highly recommend Cambridge Animal Hospital for anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.
April 07 · Desiree GehrkeThe facility is clean and they have an in-house pharmacy. I know places are busy and such, but compassion and empathy go a long way and should be required.Their bedside manner needs some work and they need to consider family centered care in my opinion. After our visit, we went somewhere else and the care was 💯 different, so I know it’s possible in this environment. They need to consider actually spending time with a dog to make them comfortable before jumping to drugging them in my opinion.
August 05 · Mama BearDr Natalie is so caring and so very practical. She has come through for our fur-kiddos many times. She will not advocate anything that isn't necessary. The front office is not so great, as in they don't always communicate well. They recently told us that one of the kiddos hadn't been seen in 2 years, when we'd had a visit just a year ago. Sadly, it seems to be consistent with other offices. So just be aware and be prepared to question what the office tells you. Some of the office people are outstanding.
May 21 · Amy BuckinghamThis is very sad… one of a family members dogs has been a patient here for years. She is 16 now and her last 2 years in this realm have been unbearable for me to watch. The vet encourages to keep her on pain meds & gabapentin along with 2 other meds. This poor baby can barely walk, she can’t control her bowels or bladder and has had to be expressed 2x a day for over a year. She is miserable and absolutely not living anywhere near a good and healthy quality of life.I am disgusted and disappointed in the lack of HUMANITY and RESPECT given by this clinic for this very much loved puppy.Suggesting sending companions to the rainbow bridge before they get this stage should be encouraged by our veterinary care advisors. Obviously this clinic is only interested in the $ all of the kick backs for the prescriptions and appointments.. instead of the integrity of our companions
April 17 · the cat queenMy dogs are young so it's mainly vaccinations and check-ups. (Thank goodness!) My 2.5 yo Cocker Spaniel, Doc, had his neuter done there. His little brother, Happy, will be going in soon for his. Everyone is nice, professional and caring. We love Dr. Thornton!
