★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This was our first visit to the vet since I got then as babies. I felt so cared for. The staff is all well informed and personable. They made everything seamless & easy. The office is very clean & neat. So grateful to find them🙏🏽
January 02 · Nia EdwardsDr. Keri is a wonderfully kind and caring vet. It's clear the staff here also cares deeply for the animals. Ambrose, Dr. Keri's tech, was very empathetic with my senior cat and provided a safe space for my grief and feelings. Dr. Keri was very thorough and educated me. They gave me and my old cat the upmost attention and care. It means more than words can express. I highly recommend them to anyone.
March 23 · Erin KingWe had a great experience at Bond Vet West Midtown. The staff were very nice, efficient, and professional. Ambrose was kind and gentle with our cat and Dr. Fisher was great, she was thorough with her exam and explained our cat's treatment options. Would recommend for urgent care.
April 19 · Elena Rivera-HimmelsteinI recently visited Bond Vet with my dog, who was experiencing stomach issues. While the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, my overall experience was very disappointing. The doctor appeared more focused on upselling than on addressing my dog’s immediate problem. I made it clear that money was not an issue, yet many of the suggested treatments did not seem relevant to her condition.Initially, they performed X-rays and recommended an enema procedure, for which I even purchased prescription dog food (later deemed unnecessary, costing me an extra $100). After about 2½ hours, I received a call informing me that additional X-rays had been taken without my prior consent. Radiology reported a blockage and advised that I bring my dog to a veterinary hospital for potential surgery. I was surprised that these X-rays couldn’t have been reviewed during my visit. When I tried to ask questions regarding these new test results, the doctor just went to the back completely disregarding my questions.Upon arriving at the hospital, I was told that Bond Vet had sent the X-rays for a second opinion, which concluded there was no blockage. This conflicting information meant I ended up paying over $900 at Bond Vet without receiving a clear diagnosis or treatment plan, and an additional $350 at the hospital for proper care.Overall, I am very frustrated with the service and communication. I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed, leaving me with significant expenses and no clear solution for my dog’s health issues.
February 17 · Madeline LuedeckeAbsolutely love this place. I couldn’t had asked for a more loving, caring, team when it came to the care of my baby when he was attacked. I hope they are not closed permanently
