★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The staff was incredible. I had to go with an emergency for my cat, and of course, it was after 6 pm when my normal Veterinarian is closed. I was buzzed in and met by a receptionist who quickly took my cat to the back and I was brought to a room where I met Cheyenne and Trish who took my information on my cat and brought it back to the Dr. Shortly afterwards Dr. Tipton came into the room and informed me that a male cats often have UTI and blood in the urine, although concerning is not the biggest issue, its whether or not the cat can still urinate. Thankfully my cat could. They double checked to make sure he wasn't blocked, and then prescribed me some antibiotics and pain killers to make sure he was taken care of. It is truly nice to see a veterinarian and an emergency clinic open in the area as well as a doctor and staff who go the extra mile to make sure the pets are taken care of. Fingers crossed that this clinic becomes 24/7. Photo of my cats added for Cat Tax.
July 26 · TomI'm very grateful we have a place to take our animals when it's after hours and there are no other clinics open. I brought my male cat in for a suspected blockage because he has had a history of them. They got him back quickly and discovered that is exactly what it was. During this process they were so kind and helpful to me. I was able to call late at night or whenever I wanted to check on my beloved cat, Maze. If you have a veterinary emergency I 10/10 recommend this clinic. I'm so grateful for their services.
July 09 · C SOur fur babies, both 11 years old and been together their whole lives, decided on our camping trip to get into a fight. One lost a whole tooth, a small gash under one eye and ear. The other tooth mark on his head, bleeding from his mouth and under his chin. With it being the holiday weekend most close by vets were closed and not responding to ER calls. We googled searched as most do and looked at reviews. While the reviews for here are lower and we were concerned our concerns were quickly relieved. The staff from the front desk, vet techs and vet were very helpful and thorough with our babies. We had to leave one to be sedated to be checked out more as he was not cooperative. We are thankful we took the risk of coming here and hope that others see this and know the staff are wonderful here! Just remember they are an ER vet so have patience as there might be another fur baby that comes in while your there more critical than yours, and just think if your that fur parent and had to wait to be seen because of the order you arrived. I would definitely return in the future if the need arises.
July 06 · Tara DeHartWe’ve had two terrible experiences here. They seem more concerned with collecting payment upfront than with actually helping pets in urgent situations. Our first pet was in distress and sadly passed away. With our second, who was experiencing an allergic reaction, we were sent home without clear instructions. It then took hours and multiple follow-up calls just to find out when and how much of the medication to give her. It’s extremely disappointing that local vets rely on this clinic for after-hours emergencies when they are so disorganized. The veterinarians we dealt with came across as uneducated and unable to provide clear guidance, which left us feeling helpless during these situations. We do not feel confident in their ability to provide adequate care, and it’s very concerning to know that this is the ONLY option available for emergencies after hours. Having no other choice but to bring a pet here in a crisis in the future is frustrating and concerning.
August 25 · Jennifer K Fortneywe had to put our sweet baby girl to sleep a couple days ago. they did an awesome job and taking care of her. they were the nicest staff i’ve ever met at any vet or even a human ER. they were so kind and compassionate letting us know everything and through the process. they made everything easier on us. i will come here for any future emergencies. thank you guys so much.
