August 28 · Kelly WrightMy dog has/had patellar luxation and required surgery on his right hind leg. My vet referred us to BGVSS and they were lovely. Getting my fur child in and out was easy. I especially am grateful for Dr. Nunley and his staff. Everyone was so great! Furthermore, I am grateful happy that they were able to pick up after work. Also, I like that Dr. Nunley is up front and is educational. When I saw Dr. Nunley, I was barely awake and he answered all the questions before I could even ask.Thank you BGVSS for taking care of my fur child.
August 22 · Bailey OberhillTook my 2 year old Golden Retriever in after eating a corn cob. Staff was very upfront about pricing and laid out everything for me as far as treatment plans went and sought my approval before doing anything. Thankfully no surgery required but I was very satisfied with the service Dr Houston and team provided. 1 star off for the front desk. Not sure what was going on up there, but some extra training might be good. Everything else was 5/5.
May 18 · Ryan RoughMy dog needed TPLO surgery for the second time, first the right leg now the left. She's a Boxer pit mix and pretty high energy. She tore her ACL 8 months ago and Dr. Nunley informed me that unfortunately it was a matter of time until the other side tore and he was correct. I highly recommend BGVSS, Dr. Nunley and his staff. They are very professional, informative and reachable with any question. She had no complications or issues the first time and I expect the same this time. I just received a follow up call checking to make sure she is doing well and there are no issues and was reminded to call anytime. I wouldn't hesitate to take my pet back if the need arises and again, I would recommend BGVSS for your pets surgical needs. Thank you Dr. Nunley and your staff.
July 31 · John WozniakUnfortunately, my experience was not a good one. We waited outside for over 2 hours and NO ONE even examined my dog — they just made assumptions about what she might have. I understand there are protocols for symptoms like parvovirus, but it felt unacceptable to keep us waiting for so long without CONFIRMED diagnosis, clear communication, or any direct attention. Pets and their owners deserve more humane treatment and better transparency.
