I’ve been with brand veterinary services a little over a year and I’m pleased to provide them a five star rating on Google. When I moved here over a year ago, they took care of my Sarah until she passed this year. They were extremely compassionate and considerate, and Dr. Kate was a great ver and continues to be a great vet to my new dog Gus a 75 pound 9 month lab puppy 🤪He’s a bit of a handful they have been extremely patient with me with respect to his monthly bath because he’s quite a handful but now, thankfully with some medication we have them him hopefully control. I also want to say how I’ve noticed significantly their front desk operations has improved and their reps are very courteous and polite that rates a 5 star. When I had issues with Sarah, I want to add they were very accommodating and getting me in sooner than later, which really made a big difference for me in terms of my stress level so I’m very grateful for everything they’re doing for my dogs in the past and my dog in the present
Jun 09, 2025 · M GMy family has taken their pets here for 20 years. I have taken my own pets here since I've had them. This vet used to be great, but the past couple years have been awful. The vets rush the appointment and do not care about actually helping your pet. I'll return time after time with the same issue because they quickly throw some kind of medication at you to get you to shut up and get out. My pets have never actually been helped by something they received here. My cat had bloowork due and they refused to do it until many appointments later saying it wasn't necessary. The shelter I adopted him from said it was extremely important to get his blood work checked for his hyperthyroidism when it was due. I had been thinking about switching vets for a while now, but today sealed the deal.I have experience in animal medical care, so I usually know what is going on before I go to the vet. I brought my cat in today for an upper respiratory infection. Additional information that will be important later in this story... He has been coughing and sneezing since I adopted him a year ago, but antibiotics and antihistamines and various appointments here didn't do anything. So, he seems to have something like herpes since it doesn't go away which is very common for a previous outdoor cat in this area. This does not affect his life in any way. His permanent sickness is very mild. He just occasionally coughs and sneezes. He is very happy and content and this does not bother him. I brought him in today as he has been very sick for the last few days most likely having a upper respiratory infection on top of his normal little sickness.PLEASE READ THIS PART IF YOU WANT TO TAKE YOUR PETS HERE... I received the antibiotics for his URI, but the vet did not even TOUCH him and was in there 2 minutes MAX. He did NOT have his lungs listened to, temperature taken, or looked at in any way. I then asked about his normal sickness too to see if we could get some kind of diagnosis like herpes just so I knew what it was. THE VET, DR LORI, TOLD ME MY CAT WAS NOT WORTH PAYING FOR X-RAYS OR ANYTHING ELSE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG SINCE HE'S OLD AND WILL DIE IN A FEW YEARS ANYWAY AND THAT I SHOULD JUST LET HIM BE SICK OR PUT HIM DOWN SO I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING. Remember my cat's permanent sickness is very MILD and he's doing extremely well for an 18 year old. He has a great quality of life. I sobbed for an hour after this appointment because how can a vet who's job is to make animals feel better tell me my cat doesn't deserve x-rays just because he is old. I WILL PAY 20K FOR THOSE X-RAYS IF THERE'S A CHANCE THEY GIVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT HIS SICKNESS. MY OLD CAT IS NOT A WORTHLESS PIECE OF TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jun 05, 2025 · Marina SmithMy dog Piper was having scooting issues due to allergies and wasn't getting any relieve from Apoquel that was prescribed by her previous vet. I thought we would try a different vet being as we were continuing to have issues. Right away there was a big difference with Brandt! They put her on a different medication instead and it is working much better. I reached out to them for a refill on the medication and they contacted the pharmacy to have them refill it. No work for me to do with contacting the pharmacy. There was some confusion as to the correct dosage on my part and Brandt got back to me quickly and resolved the confusion between us and the pharmacy to make sure I only got 100MG instead of 150MG. Again, they resolved the issue with the pharmacy, no need for me to do anything with the pharmacy. I would definitely recommend! THANK YOU GUYS!
