★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I cannot say enough good things about Clay Center Critter Care! From routine check-ups to addressing concerns, they have always provided exceptional care for both my dog and cat. Recently, I noticed a concerning spot on my dog’s lip, and the team didn’t just check it once and move on—they followed up for weeks, sending texts to ask for updates and requesting pictures to monitor it closely. Their dedication and genuine concern gave me so much peace of mind.My dog is very anxious, but the staff always goes above and beyond to make her feel as comfortable as possible. They take their time, use gentle handling techniques, and show incredible patience. It’s clear they truly care about the well-being of their patients.Beyond their outstanding care, the clinic itself is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Appointments are easy to schedule, and I’ve found their pricing to be very reasonable compared to other clinics in the area.If you’re looking for a veterinary clinic that treats your pets like family and provides top-notch care, I highly recommend Clay Center Critter Care. I’m so grateful to have found them! February 02 · Rebecca Gasseling
- We are new to the this vet clinic but so far I am very impressed. Sweet people, very detailed, and overall nice to work with. The one thing that really impressed me was that they took the time to send me emails containing information on follow up care and facts about if my dog would need surgery. It made the whole experience feel like they actually care. July 01 · Ali Kerkman
- Wonderful concern and care for our cat Bo. He needed teeth pulled. Education post operation was great, written materials also provided. Have given great care to our kitties for 15 years February 04 · Shirley Johnson
- Took my 6 month old baby in to get fixed. My baby died during surgery! I had to pay my full bill and find a place to cremate my baby girl. So I got a bill for not only her surgery but they also vaccinated her and cleaned her ears and I got to take no puppy home. I am extremely devastated and hope no one else goes though what we just went through, and now I get to break the new to our kids. Very disappointed 😔 in the lack of sympathy and compassion they had for us asked us to square up our bill before we even got to see our baby. December 05 · Ashley Ray
- Have gone there for years with my furkids. Susan is a kind compasionate vet who goes above and beyond to see that your furry family members needs are met. Highly recomend.... October 06 · Lisa
