★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jenn and her incredible staff! They have consistently provided exceptional care for the horses, whether it's a routine visit, an emergency, or navigating the complexities of reproduction. This year, with all its "crazy reproduction scenarios," their expertise, dedication, and patience truly shone through.Beyond our equine companions, my cats and dogs have also received top-notch care, always handled with kindness and professionalism. It's clear that the entire team genuinely cares for every animal they treat. We are so grateful to have such a reliable and compassionate veterinary team! July 07 · LISA PETER
- Absolutely wonderful experience! They were very thorough with my dog. Our appointment was fairly quick and explained very well. They fixed my dog right up & she was feeling better within a day and eating much more of the new diet they put her on! August 03 · April Nelson
- We were very happy with Crete Clinic until recently. I called them a week ago on Thursday and said we needed dog food. They said they had a bag on hand so I drove in to pick it up. When I got there, they said they were mistaken and did not have any dog food on hand, but it would be in on Friday. I drove back in on Friday, late afternoon, and they informed me that the dog food did not get put on the truck. However, it would be in on Saturday and they would be sure to call me when it arrived. When I did not receive a phone call from them on Saturday, I tried calling them, but they were already closed. I left a message and requested a return call. Today is Wednesday and we still have not received a phone call from Crete Veterinary Clinic. We finally had to go elsewhere to purchase our food and we are going to try another Vet Clinic. - Dr. Vrabel is very kind, efficient, and easy to understand. She has done farm calls, dentals, vaccinations, and unfortunately, a euthanasia for me and did them all well. Pictures is my horse still lost in the sauce after a dental. March 13 · Madalyn Coe
- I can't believe this place can still run with the current staff it has now. I am still in awe at the involotence of the vet today, me and my mother brought in stray kittens we where trying to get seen because one one looking very sickly and needed some kind of shot for hydration and antibiotics. The very first thing she did was shove dewormer into all the kittens mouth and I was extremely worried she would do it to the one who CAN BARELY BREATH. I should have told her not to like I wanted, but I had TRUSTED the vet knew what she was doing.Long story short the kitten died within minutes because it couldn't breath and she didn't even look at the condition of the kitten before shoving dewormer down it's throat and it died. If would have had a better chance if WE DIDDNT TAKE IT. I cannot believe a vet would do this and will be letting everyone I can know about how she shoved liquid dewormer down a cats throat/that obviously can't swallow or BREATH/ and then proceeded to tell me and my mother that he was just to weak after suffocating him with deworner, not even antibiotics, DE WORMER. Any sane person who isn't even a vet could have paid 10% attention and know he shouldn't be given anything orally especially a huge amount of liquid dewormer. Absolutely disgusted with this place and to be honest the way they reacted during it just made them seem scared to even admit what they did was wrong, she killed the kitten because she didn't give a crap enough to pay attention AT ALL. Disgusted, let alon a vet even a normal person has that common sense.Watching the kitten try to breath and cry out while suffocating on dewormer because of the vet was horrible and the vet literally killed the kitten with the most simple mistakes that even a normal human being wouldn't make, I thought we where supposed to be able to trust vets not take a tiny little kitten and watch it be suffocated as they watch it and then only after it's died try to get it air after telling me to my face that he WILL BE FINE, they didn't even try to get the liquid from his throat out. When I said, hey HE CANT SWALLOW he can't breath, why would you shove dewormer down it's throat, I am still in awe this 'vet' hasnt been sued out of her licence. June 23 · Jordan Davidson
