★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Incredibly patient, compassionate staff- we brought our lab mix in on Saturday due to some erratic behavior & lack of interest in food/water. we were brought back into a private room and they took his vitals immediately. Dr. Kim suggested labs be ran, so we did just that and they showed our captain so much love & kindness despite him being mentally out of it. We were then referred to a specialist who he was seen by on Sunday, but unfortunately couldn’t be helped past supportive care and keeping him comfortable. Unfortunately, we had to bring him back in last night and put him to sleep. Everyone was so quick to help and gave us as much time as we needed before and after the process to be with him the last time. The techs loved on our boy like their own and ensured we were also okay considering the circumstances. Everyone in the clinic including the receptionist made something so difficult that much easier, I’ll never forget how much love they showed our Captain through this, and I recommend bringing your animals to be checked out and seen if an emergency situation arrives. Wait times can be tough, but I promise they work as quick as they can while also providing genuine love to your fur babies.Thank you to Isabel, Dr. Kim, Eileen, and one tech I didn’t catch her name but she was incredibly kind. You guys made a huge positive impact during an extremely stressful and heartbreaking time. I hope you guys get to see our sweet Captains picture before he was sick, hims was the goodest boy, thank you forever & always.
August 15 · Sophia HebertI write this with a broken heart, we had to say our goodbyes to our very beloved dog last night. However, I wanted to let everybody know that coming to this clinic, and having Dr. Parker assist us, made the experience a little bit more bearable. She cried with us, and tried to help ease us with this experience. You can tell that she and the staff here are very compassionate in what they do.
August 30 · Tanya HemkesOur experience at this ER vet was 1000% better than what we experienced at another local ER vet. Yes, wait times were a little long but the place was packed full so it was expected. The care we received and witnessed was superb (we saw staff carry out another owners pet and loaded them in the car which I personally never have seen before so I thought that was awesome)! I honestly wish Dr Blair was our regular vet bc she (and the other staff) did so much for us. We are truly grateful - and healthy!
April 17 · E PorterI wish I could give them 10 stars. Our Jr a 17 yr old corgi mix had his trachea collapse and he couldn’t breathe. He was worse than we knew with water filling his lungs. We lost him. These were the 2 most compassionate women. And they charged way less than they could have without our asking for a break. I’d make them my regular vet if the took patients that way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
March 26 · Sharon LongThey are amazing they saved my Lil Sprout. She had to have an emergency surgery late. They were right there for us words cannot express how amazing they have been. She came home that night and is back to her healthy playful lil self.
