★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1While traveling my 17yo kitty experienced a severe infection in his left leg. The Dr performed emergency surgery. Dr F and his assistant were both so kind and informative. The atmosphere and their work and attentiveness helped this kitty momma find peace and the help I needed in an extremely stressful and scary time. I was so happy to have my kitty boy back after the care they gave. If I lived closer, this would be my vet of choice. Thank you all for your kindness, your skill, and taking the time with me and my fur babie.
July 19 · Pamela HandI Can't say enough about them and their staff. They have gone above and beyond many time to help our family's pets. Thank you to Dr. Lucius for helping my Ollie this week!
July 22 · Kristen CoxWonderful, kind souls. I had to have my 15 yr old furbaby put to sleep. I couldn't have asked for better service, from arrival to delivery of his ashes.
May 29 · Lissa DavisFriendly and knowledgeable staff. Great prices for services and no lengthy wait times. Office and patient rooms are very clean.I’m grateful to stumble upon this place when I found a kitten stuck in my tree. After I rescued him I discovered he was in terrible shape and reach out to this office for an emergency appointment. I was a walk-in and didn’t have to wait long to have him examined. Sadly he had a broken leg that needed amputation surgery, and the doctor/staff were highly supportive in this very big decision on me to make for an animal that technically wasn’t even mine, but certainly became a part of our fur baby family in that moment. Surgery was a great success and we’re so grateful for the doctor who made it all possible to give this baby the best possible care at a better life. He is doing fantastic post surgery, and we’re fortunate to have a wonderful vet that cares about him as much as we do.
June 21 · Rebecca GarciaI had an appointment for my fur baby. Understand, not all fur babies like a car ride nor do they like the odors emitted at a Veterinarian hospital/clinic, what have you.We arrived early, spoke with the staff pleasantly , or so I thought at the time….After having my fur baby taken to be weighed, having their temperature taken, and brought back to the exam room, I was told “the doctor will see you soon”.Well, after 20 minutes ( maybe 15, but now it’s stressful for my fur baby…. You know the sounds, the smells, etc.), I poked my head out and said “My appointment time was at “X” time, I didn’t ask for “Y” time ( meaning the Vet was already 15-20 minutes late.)(Please keep this in mind: my appointment was AFTER the lunch break; there was no emergency situation with any other pet. The Vet was not on site.)I further asked that my fur baby had received the Vet Tech approved shot but was told “No, we are not allowed to give any shots to pets if the Doc is not on site”.At this point I uttered “ This is B.S.” I may have uttered the full version of BS but I believe that is all I said, that it was “BS”Ten minutes later, an employee opened the exam room door and said the Dr was stuck in town but would be here soon. I stated it wasn’t fair to my fur baby because it doesn’t understand that. The Dr finally showed up , 30 minutes late, and said “Thank you for your patience but swearing at my staff is unacceptable.”Really? YOU are late to me means you really don’t care about our fur babies. I left without any service to my fur baby.Saying “BS” is NOT swearing at your staff, it’s simply stating that YOU are not caring enough to either call your staff and asking that they inform your “patients” you are running behind for whatever excuse you have, or you just don’t care. 30 minutes late with NO emergencies is NO EXCUSE!
