★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This Equine Vet clinic has taken great care of my horses throughout the years. They have helped me through their lives and helped me when it was time to say goodbye. I trust them them with my beloved horses. What more could I say to let you know you can trust them with your your horses health.
December 09 · Judy FlahertyI cannot say enough good things about FVEP! All their vets, techs, and office staff are so kind and knowledgeable. I trust them with client horses, school horses, and my personal horses without question. Couldn’t imagine a better vet practice!!!
April 29 · Anna Van GilderDr. Gebien or Dr. G as I call her (cause she's a real one for this suture work she did) promptly came out 30 minutes after I called for an emergency injury to my rescue horse Damon. Despite her busy schedule, she took her time putting his poor head back together. Damon is a huge Percheron gelding who hates shots, they took their time with him & were able to get him to stand perfectly still for his sedation.Dr. McArthur also did a great job with Damon a few months prior when he had such a bad abscess he couldn't walk and had a high fever. To say Damon and I are grateful for such quality care is an understatement, these two Vets are truly a blessing to the Equine Veterinary field and we couldn't be happier with their compassion and care. Thank you for good experiences in bad times.- Erin & Damon
August 03 · Erin Vest (alphabephilosophy)We have been their customer for almost a year, spend at least 5k+ on this account till it reaches to an end. It has been a while since our horse has passed, and I would like to review this whole process with s couple of comments we'd like to make.Treatment:We provided all blood work of our horse at March 2020 to them when we first met. Till the last blood work before our horse passed, there was a huge gap in between. We met with this Vet most every other month for the most part of 2020. there would have been a point in time for the vet to catch this decline, but we were never offered a chance to do so. All we were offered were shockwave or plasma therapy even after we mentioned our goal is a comfortable life for our horse with no athletic activity requested. they showed no sign of caring for the wellbeing of our horse.Communication:Their office can never be reached in time, nor book appointment in time nor reply our request in time. Especially during the last period where there's acute situation happening daily yet there is no reply or answer or even an estimate time of when we will get an answer or appointment.Terminal care:We were deeply saddened by the fact that the owner of the practice, aka our Vet, have never contacted us or provided anything not even a message before, during nor after. We were actually waiting for the recommendation from him personally since we have been working together for almost a year. Yet we received nothing and we have to decide if we can trust the new vet they sent us just for the day... prolonged the suffering for sure...over all a disappointing experience, with a irresponsible weak man-child as the owner.edit: best way to have them to get back to you is to post your real experience and they will response lighting fast, 1000 times faster than any of your horses medical emergency. -- done with this.
January 27 · Jason ZGreat vet! Always there when I need them. Good staff back at the office willing to help out and send me what I need for my horses. Reasonable prices. Love them.
