Franklin Farm Veterinary Clinic Reviews
Such a supportive and thoughtful staff! They obviously care about the animals they treat and love them all. So much patience and kindness. They appreciated my dog and gave him all the love for who he was...which was a dog that got a little nervous once the stethoscope came out lol. My only regret is we didn't find this practice earlier into owning our dog.
Jun 09, 2025 · Elizabeth VillavicencioI have been bringing my girls to Dr. Phillips since they were puppies. She is very gently, kind and knowledgeable. We never feel rushed during our appointment and Dr. Phillips takes the time to calm Roxy's nerves before treatment. The clinic is always clean. We were given a private room with soft music playing when it was time to say goodbye to our Buddy boy. We were told to spend as much time as we needed with him then he was treated with the kindest hands. It's in these moments that you can see and feel who truly cares about these animals. The staff at Franklin Farm Veterinary Clinic loves our animals like their own.
Mar 14, 2025 · Jennifer GordonPlease double-check the pricing, as we were explicitly informed that the first vet visit would include a $79 clinic fee plus the vaccine costs. However, the male vet tech at the front desk surprised us with a $143 "First Time Puppy" fee, which did not include a comprehensive examination or fecal test. As a result, we ended up paying an extra $150 (with tax) simply because our dog is a puppy. If your clinic plans to charge such high prices, I believe transparency is key. It would be helpful if the fee included a comprehensive examination or fecal test, as this would allow owners to better budget for the visit. Clear pricing and a holistic review, along with documentation that the dog is doing well, would help owners maintain accurate records. For those with an extra $150 to spare just because your dog is a puppy, this clinic might work for you, but I would recommend considering other options. There are several clinics in the area that offer a discount for first-time visits (on average, $20 off), while this clinic charges a steep fee. In all my years, I have never paid more than $75-100 for a first-time clinic fee. That said, the doctor was very friendly and provided great advice, including a heart check. However, this did not constitute a comprehensive exam.
Mar 10, 2025 · Tinette PhanDr. Phillips and her team are the absolute best. I have a dog that is unfortunately very aggressive at the vet. Even though my dog is very difficult to manage, Dr. Phillips and the vet techs are always willing to work with me and make accommodations for my little terror. I have called their office countless times asking if we can switch up her medications, or if I can treat a broken claw on my own, and they are always so nice and willing to help me. My dog had to have a procedure last year, and Dr. Phillips walked me through all of the steps in detail and answered all my questions. The procedure went really well and we were even able to get some dental cleaning done while we were at it. If I didn't have to move I would've stuck with Franklin Farm forever!
Mar 21, 2025 · Kate SesermanFranklin Farm Clinic was referred from one of my neighbors. My previous vet’s quote for a spay was too high for me and I wanted to check another vet. Dr. Phillips was very knowledgeable and told me some information on my pup regarding reasons when to spay that any other previous vets didn’t inform me. Her estimate to spay is also very reasonable. I am very happy with my new vet. All the staff and technicians were also very nice, my furry baby was being welcomed and loved from the moment she entered! Highly recommend!
