Reston Animal Hospital Reviews
We’ve been going to Reston Animal Hospital for our pet care since 1996. They are the very best. Dr. Victoria Cracas was my dog’s vet for many of his almost 16 years. I was grateful for her excellence, skills and professionalism, but also for her compassion, personal touch and kindness until the last moment of his life. He was healthier and had better quality of life while under her guidance. The entire staff were fabulous and loved welcoming him every time we had an appointment. Hats off to them!
Jun 08, 2025 · M KI have been a dog owner for 10+ years and have seen many vet offices. including standard vet offices and emergency offices. This vet office is fine. There are a couple of decent doctors there that are nice and helpful, although you do have to ask a lot of questions because they will not provide too much detail on their own. The thing is that they don't provide any special care, or special follow up services that other vet offices provide. This is important because this vet office is about 1.5x more expensive than the others in the area. The vet office isn't bad, but the price is not worth the standard care that is provided everywhere. Take your pet somewhere else and receive similar care at 30-50% less price, depending on the service.
Jul 01, 2025 · Jhon MagdalenoReston animal hospital has wonderful Doctors, great staff, and amazing service with that one on one attention you should be receiving for your furry best friend! Quality over quantity will always prevail in my eyes for my bf. I’ve been going here for years and will never have my pets at another clinic again! P.S. Amazing groomer as well!
Mar 27, 2025 · Ashley TiedemannAwful service, incompetent, no accountability. They have an old male vet who could not even hear what we say, let alone hearing the heartrate and breathing difficulty of our kitten. We got our cats from animal shelter and took them to the vet with the shelter's coupon. The old vet did not bother to carefully check just because we were not the ones paying them. We mentioned the kitten seems to have breathing problem, but they now deny we've mentioned it, because there's no such thing in their notes! In my next call, they were very rude and treated us as if it's our fault their doctor was incompetent and did not provide the care he was supposed to.DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS CLINIC.
Feb 15, 2025 · KouroshReally respectful team who did not pass judgement. I took my cat in because she was having bowel issues. The team was able to assess the situation, prescribe some medication, and injected her with fluids because she was a little dehydrated. Within a few hours she was back at it. Lively, cuddling, and looking for her next meal. Truly grateful for the Reston Animal Hospital for quickly getting my kitty well.
