Mar 31, 2025 · Ruth P.Everyone was fabulous! The initial call getting all the information and getting an accurate estimate up front. Dr Taylor who was absolutely amazing and did a great job explaining what the issues could be and giving me all the information needed to make an informed decision. The vet tech went over everything I needed to know when picking up my baby while the Dr was in another surgery. The receptionists were also friendly and knowledgeable. I started off the week absolutely terrified and scared for my baby and my fears have been put at ease. Absolutely everyone I spoke with was amazing and went above and beyond Everyone made me feel as if my baby was top priority
May 23, 2025 · Lisa ConferI cannot say enough good things about SEVN. Dr. Amanda Taylor was so thorough with my cat Eliece's case, as difficult and stressful as the whole ordeal was. They did an MRI on her and she recovered uneventfully, and I thank Dr. AT & her team for taking such good care of my baby, even though she is a brat at the vet. Dr. AT advocated for my cats emotional and physical wellbeing during her stay at SEVN, and reassured my anxieties with putting a 13 year old cat under anesthesia. I am happy to report since starting the Phenobarb, she has been sleeping soundly every night and no longer having focal seizures. Thankful does not explain the immense gratitude I feel for having SEVN have my girls back. 🥰
