Vet In A Box - Mobile Veterinary Petcare Reviews
My wife, Emily, and I have been using Vet In A Box for many years and have always been very satisfied with every aspect of their service. The level of care, follow up, courtesy and professionalism are all first rate! It wasn't until we needed to have our pet euthanized that we really came to understand how much Dr. Newhart cares about animals and their families!!! His compassion was real and so truly appreciated. He gently explained the procedure and was patient and kind as we said goodbye to our beloved cat. He then handled our deceased pet with the same care that you would use to handle a newborn baby. His condolences were sincere and the entire occasion was a solemn and dignified "goodbye" and not the ordeal we dreaded facing. We couldn't have higher regard and appreciation for Dr. Newhart and his staff and when we are ready to rescue again we will, for certain, reach out to Vet In A Box for all our veterinary needs!
Apr 14, 2025 · sean crimminsDr. Newhart came through when we needed it most, even though we weren't a regular patient. My sweet Tyberius' health declined very rapidly over the weekend & we had no choice but to put him to sleep. He was suffering so terribly, but we couldn't find anyone available same-day to come take care of Ty. Vet in a Box not only came through for us, but came when it was most convenient for us.Dr. Newhart was incredibly kind, patient, respectful, and professional throughout, giving us space and time to say our goodbyes without for a second making us feel rushed. He let us feed Ty his favorite foods, enjoying every last bite. When the time came, he let us grieve in our own way, while quietly and reverently walking us through each step of the process.I can't thank Dr. Newhart and Isaac and Vet in a Box enough for being there for us when we needed it most. Thank you! Thank you thank you. Without you, Tyberius would have been forced to suffer through another difficult night needlessly. I'm so glad he was able to go in peace, surrounded by friends, family, and a wonderful veterinarian, all in our own home. Thanks for all you do!
Jun 25, 2025 · Heather LawverIf I could give Dr Newhart & Brenna 10 stars I would. At a time when you are grieving the most - you need to know that your pet will be treated with the utmost care and compassion. From the first correspondence with Brenna over the phone - she was very empathetic, patient and responsive. I was walked through all of my options and never hurried along. My sweet Coda did not like going to the local vet office so I wanted his last moments to be surrounded by his loved ones in his happy place. Dr Newhart communicated clearly on the day and arrived with a calm and accommodating demeanor. He didnt rush us along. I am forever grateful that Coda entered into heaven happy and calm.
Feb 24, 2025 · Maurie MinichielloDr. Newhart is amazing. It was our 15 year old dog's time, and Dr. Newhart came to our home and helped him go in peace. He was extremely caring, we highly recommend him for your animals.
Mar 12, 2025 · Kirk DWe are extremely grateful for Dr. Newheart. Our 15 year old Aussie's health deteriorated quickly and we were forced to make the decision to euthanize her. We had called around hoping to find someone who would do it at home, but the earliest appointment we were able to get was 4 days out and we didn't want her to suffer that long. Luckily our friend recommend Dr. Newheart and he was able to squeeze us in. He was compassionate, kind, and extremely informative. He explained everything step by step and let us know what to expect. He made this heartbreaking experience the best it could have been and our sweet girl left this world from the comfort of her bed on the porch. I highly recommend Dr. Newheart.
