Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
This would have been a five-star review. Especially after the terrible interaction we had at the reston location. We've been very happy with services here which is why we keep coming here and made it our home location. unfortunately the phone call I received was less than impressive. The last person I spoke to setting up an appointment I had both of my dogs coming in at the same time one of them is getting a shot and the other for a comprehensive exam they just called to confirm and for some reason they have them at different times I'm not sure why or how that happened but but that's a problem you guys have to figure out. We have entered what time in this world where customer service means absolutely nothing. I'm on a contract for paying you to care for my dogs. And I will make damn sure that I will never be spoken to or treated that way ever again. I know exactly what was said during the time when I was scheduling this appointment so far to be different now during confirmation is a problem let alone being spoken to the way that I was. If I have to take further action you better believe I will I will not stay locked in a contract for a small mistakes lead to bigger ones especially in care for my dogs as well as be spoken to like that. I made this point specifically on the date and time that I did so that I could get them both done at the same time and before I go to work I know that I'm not mistaken. And I will not be treated that way. I have paid a lot of money over the years for several animals to this company. If this continues there will be a problem
Mar 21, 2025 · Kirk LeeuwrikNegligent level of care, not even sure if they actually fully examine the animals. Missed diagnosis that was confirmed by 2 other Vets in which they were surprised was not mentioned by Banfield previously. Horrible communication and access to records after hours. Makes sense why they have law suits against them, stay away from Banfield!
Feb 26, 2025 · Mo AbdelhamidI recently visited this Banfield location as my kitten was unwell and needed a check-up. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Alexa, who handled the check-in process seamlessly. Dr. Bissell and his team displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise, which immediately put me at ease.As this was my first time taking my kitten to a vet, I was initially nervous, but the entire experience was smooth and reassuring. I used a first-time free visit coupon, and the process was straightforward. To my pleasant surprise, I received a follow-up call from Lauren three days later to check on my kitten’s progress—a thoughtful gesture that truly stood out.I want to commend Alexa, Lauren, Dr. Bissell, and his assistant for their excellent service. Based on this positive experience, I highly recommend this Banfield location to other pet owners.
Dec 28, 2024 · Andy PoudelWhen my cat mother made the difficult decision to euthanize a beloved but very sick member of the family, Banfield Pet Hospital was terrific. We had a private and comfortable room room to talk to a caring veterinarian who answered all our questions .
Feb 14, 2025 · Linda PThey had me get my dog fixed for a uti and it came back so now I got my dog fixed for nothing and he’ll never have puppies and this was a huge mistake and I regret it so much. I gave up the possibility of my dog having puppies so that he could get better and it didn’t even work. Take your pets elsewhere.
