Feb 15, 2025 · SarahEver since I found my dog strayed and malnourished I have been coming here For the past two months and I just love the energy. The manager is really nice and so are the workers. I have huge compliments for three workers because they’re always eager to help and you can tell they want what is best for you.thank you to Malvevis,Michelle, and amaris For helping me and Laika with our health journey
Feb 08, 2025 · MoniquePetco customer service has been slowly declining especially one of the associates named Sabrina after waiting for 15 minutes to get help finally Sabrina showed up we went to get a hamster due to our beloved hamster had passed away after having him for 2 years, so when it was time to pick we where locked with one of the long hair hamster and I recently bought another connect house so he can have more room keep in mind that I explained to her that I already had a big enclosure for him and the house we bought was just to give him extra space, so what Sabrina did next was called us liars in front of other people saying that we need to buy an enclosure from that store that she approves, so she can go ahead and sell us the hamster, I refused and told her that I had a big enough enclosure for the hamster and she kept on saying that we were lying because she needed to see us get the enclosure and after calling us multiple times liars we decided in a dwarf hamster and even then she was still trying to convince us to get an enclosure that she approves but we did not budge after that she did not give any more info about the dwarf hamster or even talked to us she went with the hamster to the register and proceed to gossip about what she did to us and calling us names with the other employees and soon enough everyone in the store where looking at us if she was not happy doing her job she should quit and get someone else to do it because people like her are why customers stop going to stores because it's easier to buy things online and not have to deal with characters like Sabrina. Came out of the store feeling like returning everything that I bought and going somewhere else.
Apr 09, 2025 · Miguel AguilarThis petco is my preferred location just for the sweet and bright personalities and staff making my puppy and I feel so welcomed. I will stick to this location simply due to high quality service, impeccable cleanliness, organization, and friendliness. The other Petco on Broadway near 96th Street is horrible and the staff there are very dismissive and rude and some of the items were dusty. The store wasn't that clean and had a lot of furballs around.
Jun 23, 2025 · Kristian KennedyI would rate it no stars but I had to rate it. I am not one to write a review EVER. However my 10 month old puppy & I had a terrible experience. We felt discriminated, we had an appointment at 10:45AM with Felicia when we got there, there was a dog crying and whining my dog started to get nervous so was an edge. When making the appointment I put he had an issue with barking and had anxiety. Felicia asked for his leash and took him around the counter my dog stopped barking but she was trying to put her hand near his face WITHOUT being kind or simply nice and was just yelling at him to not bite because he was twitching his nose. She claimed he wasn’t going to cooperate and couldn’t cut his hair. It was going to be his 2nd time getting a haircut so it’s been done before. My dog does not bite, he is not aggressive. He just barks but I made that very clear. She simply didn’t want to cut his hair.
