June 15 · Lilli Lfirst time cat owner here- the staff were so sweet when i came in to get my Nova spayed. i didn’t have a carrier for her and they gave me one to take her home in. they even answered all my questions that i had about everything at drop off and pick up.the only downside about my visit was they said they would call me around 3-4pm and i never got a call. i ended up calling 3 times to get no answer so at 5pm i just went to get here and was told “i don’t know why she didn’t call you”i also couldn’t find any sort of hours for this business which was a bit scary to me because i’ve never owned a pet that i had to get fixed and wasn’t sure when they closed for the daybut overall i would recommend this company to others due to the sweet attitude of the staff and the prices.
