Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
So happy to have this as my home Banfield after moving into the neighborhood. Fortunately my pup stays pretty healthy but the ease of getting in, the kindness off the staff, and the above and beyond care given to Max when I do need to have him seen just makes me feel so valued and cared for. Dr Lew in particular did a great job and even during a busy day, spent time answering my questions on the phone, talked me through various scenarios, and took the time to meet me in the lobby at pick up to make sure me and Max were all set. 5/5 all around
Apr 03, 2025 · Sabrina LeckembyReally appreciated the care and service they gave to our ailing dog. They understood our situation and our dog's needs and gave us good advice and care. Thank you, Dr. Dandoff for literally sitting on the floor with our sick dog and gave him so much attention and genuine, knowledgeable care.
Mar 11, 2025 · JoNell SanbornDo not take your pet here. The most impersonal, corporate, robotic husk of a vet I've ever seen. The doctors hide in the back behind one way glass and don't even come out to see you or talk about your pet's condition. The staff is cold, uncaring and not knowledgeable. The payment plan is a scam, handled through an outside agency that makes it difficult to end payment. Their policy is to force unnecessary services on you and refuse to give your pet their medication until they perform (and charge you for) said unnecessary service. Don't do it.
Apr 05, 2025 · DylanDr. Salmanzadeh and Denise were wonderful during my last minute visit. This was our first time in this location, and I couldn't be more pleased for a wonderful team that took care of my Cirilla from the minute we stepped into the door to the last min we walked out. Cirilla has a history of abuse, and denise and Dr. Salmanzadeh made sure they were gentle with her. They made sure I was aware of everything that was wrong with her and explained everything to me and my fiancee. This team is a 10- and I would highly recommend them.here are some pictures for attention :)
Jun 30, 2019 · Glo LTook my two 11-month-old kittens in for the first time to Banfield Pet Hospital on John Milton Dr, Herndon, VA. Loved the facility and staff there! Facility was bright and clean. They let the kittens be treated in the room since I wanted to be with them (not have them go to the back). Kaitlyn was our nurse - kindly let us into a room to wait since we were early and was so patient with this nervous cat Mom - she was responsive and fantastic! Dakota (vet tech?) assisted with the blood tests and was gentle and efficient. Dr. James Lew was our vet - the first thing he did with each kitten was to pick them up and cuddle them - he apparently does this with all his new cat patients! Everyone worked well together as a team! This is my new vet!
