They include unlimited office visits, comprehensive exams, vaccinations, and discounts on other services. This proactive approach to wellness aims to catch potential issues early.

This indicates a strong base of medical understanding and a commitment to animal health.
- Compassionate Pet Handling: Customers appreciate that the staff are "helpful and patient" even with challenging pets, and that they give pets "lots of love during the exam." This empathetic approach can significantly reduce stress for animals during vet visits.

However, it's important to acknowledge some recurring feedback that suggests areas for improvement. Some clients have reported challenges with:
- Front Desk Communication/Helpfulness: One review specifically noted issues with the front desk being unhelpful when seeking advice on a pet's symptoms, suggesting a lack of ability to provide preliminary guidance or consult with vets for more informed responses. This indicates an inconsistency in customer service experience at the front line.
- Perceived Lack of Seriousness for Certain Issues: The concern that "They don’t take anything serious and that’s the real problem" reflects a desire for more immediate and in-depth advice or action from staff, particularly when a pet's health is uncertain.

Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
I’ve been taking my dog to this Banfield location for a few years now, and I’ve always had great experiences. The techs and the vets clearly care about my dog and his well being and are helpful and patient (even when he doesn’t make it easy). I appreciate the reminders before appointments the follow up calls the day after. Thanks to the team and the Greenbriar Banfield!
Apr 04, 2025 · Kelly DMy dog has been going here since she was a puppy and I must say the front desk is not helpful at all. I called to ask a question about my dog having diarrhea and whether they think it would be a great idea to bring her in or wait. I was told it’s up to me because only I would know. This hospital has all of my pets records so they should know what’s best for her. They have found her platelets to be low before and other issues so they should be able to inform me as I’m not Vet or expert on pet care. They don’t take anything serious and that’s the real problem.I called another location and the receptionist was able to tell me wait it out for a few hours, try to give her chicken and rice and if nothing changes especially in the color of her poop then bring her in.I don’t understand why they hire people who have no care in the world about pets. I don’t expect everyone to have answers but at least act like you care or go ask the actual Vet.
Dec 11, 2024 · Danielle WaltersAfter terrible experience with chantilly banfield, I switched to this location. for a few years, i've had good experience with this banfield, however for the last few visits, my dog became sick after visiting this place. I let it go with the first issue i had, but this last visit I became pretty upset. After getting an x-ray, all seemed fine only to find out my dog's eye was bloodshot red. visited this location again the next day and addressed my concern and had to pay the bill for the issue that occurred at this location.I live an honest life. If something's my fault, I take the blame for it and pay the consequences. I wished all businesses were like this, but doesn't seem like it is. Now I need to find another banfield who truly cares for pets and not just for profit.Hope other locations are trustworthy and reputable as I'm losing faith in banfield hospitals near my house. May have to cancel and look elsewhere.
Dec 23, 2024 · Donnie YHighly recommended.- staff are very nice and helpful especially Katie who is knowledgeable, considerate, detail oriented and patience.- Dr. Hernandez is awesome. She provided detailed analysis and opinion after the assessment. I appreciate her patience in explaining the assessment to me and help me understand what to expect.
Sep 05, 2024 · S ChangI’ve been taking my dog here for over a year and have no complaints. We typically see Dr.Diaz but have also had appointments with Dr. Fernandez and both are wonderful! We ask a lot of questions and have a very large, energetic, friendly dog and all of the staff have clearly been great with our dog as the vet is his favorite place to go (he gets more excited for the vet than the pet store). The receptionists and vet assistants have also been great to speak with, I truly can’t say enough good things about this place!
