Kernersville Veterinary Hospital Reviews
When Mocha wandered up our driveway wearing a tagless collar we brought him here to check for a chip. No chip. The tech was super friendly and helpful with suggestions for finding his owners. We found his foster mom and decided to adopt him. Our 1st experience was so positive, we brought him back for a chip and everything. All the techs and vet were great. Did a complete work up on him. Took thier time helping us decide on flea and heartworm meds. I would absolutely recommend them. My only caution is they have a limited number of walk-ins, so call ahead. When we went the 1st time I saw the walk-in sign. When we adopted him we went back as a walk-in and they were "full". They were able to get us an appointment time a couple days later.
Apr 09, 2025 · Ali PriceMy dog was really sick, took her to the vet hospital in Winston, they sort of gave up easy on her. I asked for other vets. This number was given, called, they saw us right away, the medication was way more reasonable and I could tell that they cared about my dog. Even calling back to make the follow up. The young lady on the phone was a pleasure. Thank you for caring about our pets when we (me) don't know how.
Jun 19, 2025 · Pilar G ReynaDr. Tiffany was great! Alfie was obviously nervous and didn’t like being on the table,so when he needed one last shot, Dr Tiffany got on the floor next to Alfie instead. That spoke volumes! Also, she let me know about all my options when I told her Alfie doesn’t take medicine, even preventatives that are supposed to be tasty. So happy to be a new patient at Kernersville Vet with Dr Tiffany!
Mar 12, 2025 · Amanda WallTo the rude receptionist, Lindsey or how ever you spell it. That thought she was going to blatantly disrespect my 65yr old mother AND call her a liar. Absolutely NOT!!! Our family has been going here for over 20 years and because of her alone hear about to lose dozens of us. Word of mouth spreads extremely quickly. My mother is a beloved member of our community. To talk to her in the way you did was absolutely DISGUSTING!! I promise you wouldn't disrespect your elders if their Adult Children were with them. And that's a FACT!! I called up there as well to leave a message for one of the veterinarians to call me. She told me all three of them we're out for the week on vacation. But then double back when she heard how serious I was and told me that there were two veterinarians there, actually. When she found out the reason for my call, she tried to get a crazy attitude at first but I think she realized she can't do that with just anyone. Ha! Then she wants to hang up the phone on me. I've have numerous other family members tell me the VETERINARIANS ARE THE ONLY REASON they still even come there. Apparently Lindsay's had an attitude for the entire time she's been there. She needs to lose her job. If she does not I will absolutely share this with my followers, all 15,000 of them. I refuse to see our elders disrespected. This used to be the best place around, what happened?? I'll absolutely be following up with this tomorrow when I get off of work if I don't get a call.
May 28, 2025 · Meagan RI continue to get great care here with Dr Tiffany and the whole staff. We have been coming here for almost 20 years with 3 different dogs. They are busy yes, but if you get there appropriately between the clinic hours before they fill up it is worth the wait and very convenient. They are trustworthy and have proven themselves many times over to me.
