Fredonia Animal Hospital: Jon D. Redfield, DVM Reviews
I took my Lab puppy to her first visit and she was barking uncontrollably. The vet tech and receptionists were rolling their eyes, and speaking negatively about it the entire time. The older gentleman, whom I assume to be the Vet, walked in and administered her a shot without telling me what it was, then quickly walked out. My dog then approached the tech while she was providing me discharge paperwork and she didn't acknowledge or bend over to pet her. What a great impression to leave on a puppy at their very first visit. I have had dogs for 20+ years, and been to many Veterinarians around the country, as I travel for work. Never have I had such a poor experience. Disgusting treatment and attitudes at this facility. I have not and will not be returning.
