We called to arrange for our cat (a patient there) to be sent over the rainbow bridge. This was of course very emotional. The mean woman who answered the phone said they couldn't do it for at least 2 weeks. When she asked questions about her history, she said that since she hadn't been brought in for anything in a couple of years (We tried, but they would never have time for emergencies within a 2 or more week period) she would go to the "bottom of their list", and she was extremely snarky about it. This upset my husband and he was at a loss for words as to why someone would be that way when we were calling for such a sensitive procedure. She then became hostile and yelled at him because she "detected sarcasm" in his voice and made herself into a victim. At that point, out of frustration, I loudly voiced what I thought of her and she slammed the phone down in his face. All we wanted was a gentle end to our kitty's struggle with cancer. The sad thing is that the doctor there is really wonderful, if you can get past the old guard at the front desk. It's crazy that someone like that is in a position to deal with people who are bringing their beloved pets there for loving care. We brought the incident up to some people at an unrelated business and they all knew exactly who we were talking about and they had similar experiences in and even outside of the clinic.Luckily, another clinic not far away has been wonderful at finding time within a day or so to see her, and she crossed the bridge surrounded by love and positivity.
Jun 21, 2025 · Rox E.Thank you for giving me so much extra time with my Buddy.Finally diagnosed with cushings disease after 4 years of a dozen different vets that wouldn't listen and kept telling me he was just old (he was only 7 when symptoms started!). One of those other vets went as far as telling me to measure his water intake in a multi pet household instead of just testing him for cushings! 😑 Dr Bache went ahead with testing at 11 years old and sure enough, he had it and we proceeded with treatment. He just turned 17, and up until this year or so, those years were all amazing! Though, no amount of time is ever enough, I owe it to him and staff for giving me so many extra good days with my baby and I will be forever grateful I found this place. They have been there for Buddy and I (and my other pets) thru so many ups and downs and I appreciate always taking care of us when I was probably the most annoying/needy client to date. What can I say, I love my dog 😅 sorry 😊

The office staff is friendly and always willing to accommodate and find time to fit us into the busy schedule with urgent pet care needs. We were ecstatic when Kim joined the staffing crew there as we adored her at the previous office we transfered from. Dr Bache and Dr Powell are just amazing at their jobs. We have 3 large dogs and have been seen and treated for severe allergic reactions to, anal gland removals, to exocrine pancreatic insufficiency which was very scary. But Dr Bache always knows what's best for our fur babies and gets them back up and in good health very quickly. We have had a few instances where we had to call after hours for emergency care and Dr Bache always made time to meet us in the office so our dogs could be seen. This office provides peace of mind knowing your pets are in good hands!!!! I would have given them 100 stars if it was possible!!!!!

I asked if could go and she said no and yanked his leash so hard his collar came up over his ear. Then she made a production in the waiting room about me wanting to be with him. I got up and took his leash from her and took him to the back. I don’t care how nice the vet is, the other staff or anyone else. I will not walk in those doors again.
