★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I have been going to Goodrich since back when Dr. Goodrich owned it. He was great! The vets that bought it from him were wonderful...Dr. Mongan was the most compassionate animal lover and treated all of my dogs like they were hers. Sadly, she sold the business (which I didn't realize) until I brought my dog in for a checkup). I had a 15 year old diabetic dog (5 years on same insulin, etc,) and Dr. Bremers started listing at least 6 tests she would like to do. I declined since she was a very senior dog. It felt like a money grab from the start. I left and continued ordering her insulin from Chewy until one day Dr. Bremers wouldn't approve the prescription until she came in for test to make sure it was still the correct amount...even though she was having no issues. I booked an appointment and came in for the test. I waited in the room for about 10 minutes and the sweet vet tech came in and said the Dr. Would be in and got the info to "check us in.". A few minutes the vet tech came back in and said that the vet would come in after the test and she took my dog out to take the blood draw. A few minutes later she brought her back in and we waited for the vet. The vet tech came back in and said that she didn't see a pending order from Chewy for the insulin so we talked about that and she said the vet would be in. 5 minutes later. The poor vet tech came back in and said, "the vet said she doesn't need to see you unless you have questions. She will text you results.". I was literally stunned and that poor girl looked so embarrassed. Never have I gone to a required vet appointment to NOT be seen by a vet. I vowed that day to never step foot in to see Dr. Bremers again. Fast forward a few months to my old girl reaching the end of the road. I called Goodrich to say that she needed to come in because she was having back to back seizures. It was mid week in the middle of the day. I told her the situation and that I was probably going to need to make a decision and she told me I could call the emergency vet business because there were no vets in that day. I, in fact, called my youngest dog's vet, Ridgeview Animal Hospital and said she isn't a patient of yours but could you please help me. They immediately made an appointment for her in an hour and helped me through a very painful time. I received a card from them the next day signed with a note from everyone in the office that day. Today, on her birthday, I received a card from the Arbor Day Foundation that they received a donation in her name from a vet that wasn't even hers that a tree was planted in her name in Oregon. To this day, I have not so much as received a text from my dog's own vet after my call to them that day that I was turned away.Goodrich has gone from a business that I used to refer to all of my clients and had the most caring vets. Dr. Bremers has been completely unprofessional both times I was in that clinic and it's really sad because Goodrich really had built such a great reputation to be destroyed by someone who clearly doesn't care about clients. I will pass this story along to all of my clients so that they don't experience the same lack of empathy that I did when it's a time that they really need it. April 22 · Tammy Mathews
- Taylor was a great help with Rip. We tried to trim his nails but we need to finish them with the Dremel file. Everyone was so patient with my Corso. Thank you all so very much! August 08 · Shelene Van Wyk
- We love Goodrich! We have been going to them since 2019 when we got our 5 year old rescue, they have always been so gentle and patient with her as she has worked through being scared of everything and everyone. Now I have my own puppies and they loving going to see Dr.Brem and so do I (she is the best!) everyone there is so knowledgeable and kind. Cannot recommend them enough!! August 22 · Clara Zahm
- I used to love them. I was in minimum 3 times a month with shots and prescriptions. They knew me always had my prescriptions ready for me when they saw me walking in. One time I asked them to squeeze me in for a serious matter but not emergency. My dog developed a tumor that doubled in its size within a week and was becoming an open wound. Their response was we can see you in a week or go to an emergency vet... Okay I called The pet clinic and they got me in immediately, did the surgery and were great in the follow up visits. - Michelle is the BEST groomer we’ve ever had! She’s so calm and kind. Milo never panics when I bring him in which makes the drop off so easy. I recommend her to anyone in need of a dog groomer. Marcy, her grooming partner, grooms my grandogs and my girls also rave about her. Can’t go wrong using their services. They have to be the best in Omaha! 🐾 August 05 · Renee Masching
