★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Being kind, welcoming, and pleasant is so important when working intake at a vet clinic. Most people walking through the door are worried about their pet, and a warm, compassionate approach can really help put them at ease. It shows them that their beloved animal is in caring hands—and that means everything in those moments. August 17 · Seth
- We feel so blessed to have found Lone Tree Animal Care Center and their lovely staff. We have only been twice, unfortunately our first visit our elderly St Bernard was diagnosed with cancer and our second visit was a short time later to help her over the rainbow bridge. The Veterinarian we saw took her time and went over all the treatment options ultimately helping us make our pup as comfortable as possible for the remainder of her life. When we had to make the tuff decision to let her go ALL of the staff made a terrible day just a little bit better. They showed our Luna girl so much love, showed us all so much kindness and compassion, and gave us all the time we needed. We will be using them in the future! May 08 · BobbieSue Dilts
- Used to be a phenomenal service. The quality has severely dropped over the past 6 months. The care of your pet feels like an afterthought, but their services cost an arm and a leg. I’m switching providers. One time we sent them my cats urine sample. I didn’t hear back so I assumed everything was fine. After over a week of radio silence I reached out to them to get confirmation that everything was okay, only to find out my cat has a UTI. A UTI can be fatal to a cat and the fact that we received no immediate communication on his diagnosis is troubling. August 14 · Gianluca Annoscia
- This doctor was absolutely wonderful!!!I'm an over the road truck driver who lives in arizona. On 3/12 I called to see if they could squeeze me in as my dog had stopped eating and drinking, wouldn't play and refused to go out. I reached out to lone tree and explained the issues with my dog, and explained I was under a load. They to my surprise worked me in for 3/13. They ran blood work, his blood work came back clear and fecal test, which I won't have the results back until tomorrow, but having what they have to work with they gave him liquids as he was dehydrated, sent me home with food to entice him to eat, a pain medication and an anti nausea medication. So far my dog seems to be a bit better for him. Granted, he's sleeping, but at least he's sleeping in his normal spot while I'm driving. The treatment of my pet was far better than I expected. He's been traumatized by many vets throughout his life, and I anticipated that would always be an issue. But the doctors and techs here were so gentle and understanding of my rottweiler. They even managed to clip his nails for me.I only wish I had found them sooner when I still worked for a trucking company here in omaha.Thank you so much to the staff of lone tree, you exceeded my expectations! - I love that Lone Tree has separate entrances for cats and dogs, it makes for a much less stressful experience for kitties. I also love all the work they do for TNR and the feral cats in our area, and they have the nicest digs for cats in their exam room! Steve is a big fan, as a failed feral cat turned healthy housecat.
