Sunderman Veterinary Services PC Reviews
- I was visiting relatives and called on a Friday PM regarding a dog that may have swallowed a 500mg Tylenol tablet. The office manager and Nathan were extremely helpful in providing directions to induce vomiting and Nathan followed up with me with a phone call to discuss potential side effects. The quick response to the situation is greatly appreciated. April 05 · Gregg Varley
- Dr Sunderman recently took over this location from Fremont County Vet. He has worked diligently through many of the 'hiccups' created from the pandemic. The first few weeks were rough as my original post indicated but he has stuck with it working through all the challenges and has even reached out after normal business hours to help my pup. He did a wonderful job with hardly a scar spaying my son's dog and my two dogs love getting their nails trimmed by him. He is working on building this practice and getting the right supplies and while he works through the challenges the pandemic created he helps find alternative solutions to get you through until he gets everything in stock. He truly cares for the animals! April 07 · Melissa Gray
- Called with a sick kitten. Vet was very arrogant and dismissive about what I thought was wrong and how sick my kitten was. Told me the symptoms I was visually seeing with my own eyes weren't happening. He used all his fancy vet terms on me to try to make me feel stupid for doing my own research and then summed it all up to just worms. My stupidity did get the best of me and I didn't trust my gut. I went ahead and Picked up the wormer from his office, gave it to the kitten per his instructions that evening. The next morning I was shocked to find the kitten was lifeless and barely hanging on, when he was running around playing right before bed. Called the office. Told me wormer shouldn't do that and I could bring the kitten in. (Turns out wormer can harm a kitten especially one that is sick and needs medicine) Poor thing died before I had the chance to take it somewhere else. A lot of tears and broken little hearts. Should have had the vet come explain to my children why they no longer have a kitten. This could have been prevented if an ego wasn't in the way. Maybe next time, listen to your customers.
