Goshen Animal Hospital Reviews
What an amazing experience! Brought our Pomeranian 'Zeus' to Dr. Michael Kay as a first time patient, and we were welcomed by a very kind and highly skilled Veterinarian, and pleasant staff.
May 29, 2025 · The Incy WinciesDo not go here!!!!! I brought my dog in originally for a basic check up, we had just adopted her. There was never any real physical exam, Dr. K did not even touch her during the exam (which I did think was odd). We had her scheduled to be fixed a few weeks later. Turns out she was pregnant and it was (allegedly) my fault (per Dr.K) for not knowing my dog was pregnant (even after I brought her in for a prior exam). During the procedure they were insensitive, unprofessional and there was a lack of communication from the staff. She was (allegedly) monitored over night after an emergency procedure had to be performed (due to internal bleeding from the first surgery), the staff refused to let me see her. The next day I found out no one stayed at the office with her except Dr.K’s precious (2) turtles in a cage! When my dog was released, I asked for a her medical record, they handed me an index card. The index card did not contain anything other than her name, breed and DOB. If you are a regular patient there, ask to see the history/ medical card( they won’t have it which is a violation). I was told Dr. K was a great vet at one point in his career. But he’s older now and has lost any true passion for animals. He is only going through the motions at this point and needs to retire, before another animal gets seriously hurt under his care. Also when my dog was released they gave me (2) medication bottles. (1) bottle had no medication and the (2) bottle had the wrong medication. Don’t take the risk here!

Jul 30, 2021 · Diana KornishJust want to say thank you. I called about my dog the person who answered calm me down and told me what to do. My own vet would not even see my do with the emergency. Goshen hospital was willing and told me what to do. They were kind and compassionate. Thank you my mind is at ease.
Oct 03, 2024 · Maria RamosDefinitely a place that cares about animals!! We had found a stray in PA and decided to take her in. On the way home to NY we called some Vets in the area but they had appointments way out. We had explained that we had found her but was concerned that she may have a breathing problem. They literally ask how long it would take me to get there and took her right in with no problem or waiting for a scheduled appointment. We now have a sweet cat who is 100% healthy and happy. They are now my regular vet and I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you
