December 12 · Kimberly McMahonThe team is always compassionate and caring, professional and transparent. The facility is always clean and the staff is always ready and willing to answer questions, and help in any way they can. They sincerely care about the pets they treat and make every effort to provide excellent care. Whether it is a basic neuter, a major surgery, or a euthanasia, they are willing to go above and beyond for you and your pet.
August 07 · Tai SheehanWhen my 10 year old golden retriever was ill, Dr. Costello and Dr. Svoboda did everything they could think of to determine what was wrong. I thought I was going to lose her, but they kept trying to discover the source of the problem until finally they traced it to a major infection which required emergency surgery. They performed the necessary procedure, and she has fully recovered her energy, appetite, and playfulness. I have my baby girl back, and for that, I am grateful beyond words! These vets are the best!
August 17 · Karen LinkTwo days after Christmas we were visiting my inlaws in the country. My dog got into some rat poison. Even though Harvard Veterinary Clinic is not our normal clinic (we live in Madison) it was the closest one to my inlaws. We called them and explained what happened and they said we should bring our dog in immediately and they would treat her. They were kind, caring and compassionate. They took great care of Bella and, quite frankly, saved her life. The doctor and tech checked in with us regularly to provide updates through her care and spent plenty of time talking with us about the treatment provided. The rest of the staff was also incredibly friendly and supportive during such a scary time. I can't thank them enough. There are no words. Because of them I'm cuddling with my baby right now! The photo of her is post treatment. She was out of it!!
December 31 · Amanda MottMy dog is aggressive/reactive and hard to deal with we got distemper, rabies and heart worm testing. As side from the initial growls when Shawn walked in my dog was never made to feel cornered, attacked or fearful which led to quick and calm exam! The entire staff was extremely understanding and accommodating to my dogs needs! My family has been coming to Harvard Vet for generations because of how amazing the service is and how much they care about their clients both the pets and their owners!
