★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Back in August my 9 1/2 year old Staffordshire Terrier, urgently needed life saving emergency surgery. After calling countless Veterinarian ERs in the city, InstaVet quoted the most affordable price (by at least a few thousand dollars). Since I didn’t have the total amount to pay the whole bill up front they referred me to Care Credit which I was approved for in 5 minutes, I believe they also offer a InstaVet payment plan as well. Once we arrived they were able to get her in the operating room almost immediately. Mini literally went from being on her death bed to making a full recovery in a few weeks, energetic and back on her long walks around the city!Note that this is an urgent care facility that provides emergency services so there is no overnight stays for pets here. Also all follow up visits and medications were included in the total amount of the bill.Thank you to the diligence staff for saving my dog’s life!
October 15 · Daghattanjust tried calling today (07/10/2025) at 3:11 pm because my elder female cat has urine in her blood. I tried to get in contact with recommended vets office but was met with the voicemail since they are closed today. In the voicemail they listed two numbers to call try and get in contact with their other front desks but didn't specify what locations the numbers were for. The only instructions I was given was to leave a voicemail if no one answers so they could get in contact with me. I guess the voicemail was old because when I called the first number to try and make an appointment I was met with the most impatient and rude front desk girl. She asked what the problem was and since I thought the phone number they gave me was for my vets other office I asked if I could book an appointment with the vet. I then tired explaining the symptoms my cat was experiencing before she cut me off in the middle of my sentence to ask me if I had been here before in a condescending tone. She then tried to repeat herself in a slightly calmer instead of apologizing for cutting me off. Mind you I've called multiple vets in my area to try to get an appointment for today and NONE of the front desk employees in the other locations spoke to me the way she did. Confused I asked which location this was and again in a condescending tone she said "We only have ONE location", so I asked what the name of the office I was calling she she says it's InstaVet. After that I apologized for calling the wrong number trying to explain I called the number left on my vets office voicemail, but she kept talking over me so I just hung up. I've worked with the public and I know sometimes it can be frustrating and confusing when a wrong number calls, but there were SO many better ways she could have handled it. If you're working at an EMERGENCY vet office and you do not have the patience to deal with confused, scared and desperate pet owners in their time of need, maybe this isn't the profession for you. You don't need to cut people off to prove a point and talk to them like they are stupid when they are simply looking for help. She should be retrained in talking and assisting the public because that's not the type of interaction ANY pet parent wants experience when looking to get help for their pets!
July 10 · Becca CairaWhat an absolutely incredible experience. My cat Chloe has had the worst infection, and Dr. Kim has been so gentle and caring towards her, and helpful answering my questions and explaining what’s going on. On top of it all, one of the aids at Instavet, Olivia, was so kind towards Chloe today and de-matted her and clipped her nails. Chloe is a grumpy older cat and can be difficult to groom, and Olivia just did such a wonderful job. I’m just so grateful for the warm and empathetic support my dear cat receives from Instavet!
March 28 · Amber Guevara FerrerWe found InstaVet while looking for a place to help us put our cat to sleep after an unexpected and quick decline. The staff here helped us schedule an appointment the same day, and were caring and compassionate throughout the process. The actual procedure was done with care and skill, and every staff member we interacted with was professional and gentle of our situation. We are so thankful we were able to say goodbye to our pet in a calm, compassionate place. We would absolutely recommend InstaVet and their compassionate staff.
February 16 · Tess WhippleDo not come here if you have ANY other option. Dr. Oz Moscovich is incredibly rude and unprofessional. My dog was more nervous than I've ever seen in my life to be in the room, so I asked him what he was going to do to examine her - he looked me straight in my eyes and said "I'm going to kill her." Not only that - he has a dangerous ego. He kept repeating how I don't know him and no one else will want to treat my dog. This man has no business working with animals or people. The women at the front desk were lovely - save them from him!
