Great staff, very nice and helpful by explaining the needs and options for our one year old mix female rescue. Shots, blood work, getting ready to spay. Our only downside and concern is we weren't allowed to go back with her to the exam room. We didn't get to meet the Dr either. We kinda like being with our pet especially if they are really nervous. It worked out ok and she was happy when we left. - C B
