Animal Health Care Center

1115 W Mayfield Rd, Arlington, TX 76015, USA

4.0
We just recently moved to the area and needed to transfer care for our two pups. Dr. Newton really took the time to get to know me and my fur babies. Because of a previous cancer diagnosis in one of my dogs, she really explained things in depth and made me feel heard. She took the time to talk through multiple options and different palliative care options. She was very empathetic and caring -"bedside" manner was amazing! We've had subsequent email communications with me asking more questions and her answering them in a timely manner and detailed. Every time I call with a concern that may not need an office visit, the office staff will also call me a few hours later and do a check in to make sure that everything is still ok. It's refreshing to have a vet that I feel truly cares for my babies. - Katie Alvarez - Jaynes
