★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Called on a weekend to leave a message regarding a needed orthopedic surgery for cat. Was surprised when a surgeon returned my call within the half hour. Not only return call, but had an unhurried conversation with me. Again at appointment, I didn’t feel rushed and all questions were answered. Dr. Averill himself called to check on my pet the day after surgery rather than leaving it to office staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional.
January 06 · P DavisI can't speak highly enough of the wonderful team at MedVet who took care of my dog for both of her knee replacements. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and reassuring. The staff was incredibly efficient, kind, and professional, taking the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure and the recovery process. They were also incredibly helpful with scheduling, ensuring we were in and out quickly without feeling rushed. Most importantly, our dog was well cared for, and we truly felt that she was in expert hands. We are so grateful for their exceptional service and compassionate care. Highly recommend!
January 01 · Dan FinnDr. Scott Averill is very talented and humble. I remember during the lock downs — for our consult prior to the procedure he actually comes outside to the parking lot (when most doctors wouldn’t even talk to you in person) and he literally gets on the ground on his back to examine our dog (literally on the hot ground mid Summer).. This Doctor is truly one of a kind. The part that stood out the most for me was that the surgery cost a set amount of money — after the surgery Dr. Scott Averill literally has his office refund me $400+ dollars because He said he didn’t end up needing certain supplies etc., the point is that in my entire life time I’ve never met a Doctor with such high integrity and bed side manner.. I am still beyond impressed with the way he runs his clinic. This gentleman is truly one of a kind and I highly recommend you come see him for your pet needs. He has ‘golden hands’ and a heart of gold!
December 02 · JUST GOODS123Our pup had to have two back to back surgeries on his two back legs. The staff was so incredibly kind, helpful, and sweet to our boy. We drove farther to go here because so many people raved about Dr. Averill and we're so glad we did. He's smart, great at his job, informative, and fast/efficient. His staff was dedicated to being sure we were comfortable with everything after the surgery. Great experience for a less than ideal situation.
March 23 · Amber LockwoodFrom my first call to the surgery discharge, I cannot say enough good things. Detailed after surgery instructions even with videos has been amazing. Very happy with my experience and the care given to my dog and myself.
