The staff at Mid North are extremely friendly and helpful. I felt validated in my concerns and they did a very thorough exam, asking many questions and giving great explanations. It’s clear the well being of their patients is the top priority there and it felt good to know my dog was in such great care! I will continue going back as long as I live near mid north!

Mid North is the absolute BEST - from the ability to book appointments easily, responsive team and proactive outreach make sure my dog doesn't miss any critical vaccines or care. The staff is warm, welcoming and helpful in answering any and all questions as a new pet parent. My dog gets excited when we are walking to our appointments and are near their office, which is indicative of quality of care he receives.

I was trying to find a new vet in the city. I made an appointment here, but my cat was to anxious to go the appointment. Happens to the best.I called and fully understood I would loss the $50 dollar deposit but I wanted to reschedule and talk to the Dr about medication to relax my cat.I get a call back from Aron and he just reads of what is on Google…I don’t need a vet clinic to read of Google (I can do that & did) I need their expertise.After that- I just decided to cancel the appointment.After reading reviews I am SO GLAD I DID! Seems like the service here isn’t the best

I was a client here for a year and most recently saw Dr. Schnoor. My dogs’ annual wellness visit and routine vaccines cost several thousand dollars. The time Dr. Schnoor spent with my dogs was very brief, only about 15 minutes. During the appointment, she recommended the canine influenza vaccine and said “this is what we do in Chicago” as the only explanation of the purpose of the vaccine. There was no discussion of the benefits vs risks or why my dogs, who are never boarded, may be at risk in order to allow me to make an informed decision. There was also no discussion about the potential risk of giving my small dogs 4 vaccines at one time, even though the recommendation of the AAHA (which this clinic promotes on their website) is to give fewer vaccines at one time for smaller dogs. I expressly declined extra bloodwork during the appointment, yet it was performed when my dogs were taken to the back area anyway and added to my bill. I feel that I was taken advantage of as a young pet owner to upsell me on unnecessary services. When I contacted the clinic to discuss my concerns, I was dismissed by both the hospital manager and Dr. Schnoor, who took weeks to respond.
