We had a great experience at Scout Veterinary Urgent Care. The care was thorough, and the staff was incredibly kind and supportive. As a fur parent, it's such a relief to be met with genuine compassion during a stressful time. Our cat Kimchi received excellent care and was already feeling much better the very next day after our visit. What meant a lot to us was the thoughtful follow-up message to check on how Kimchi was doing. It really showed how much they care. A big thank you to Dr. Simpson and the entire team for their kindness and dedication. Hopefully we won’t have any emergencies in the future, but if we do, we’ll definitely be coming back here. - Camila
