Montgomery Village Animal Hospital Reviews
😍 Amazing Truly Amazing. I admit I was the shy one no call no show. They are willing to help every step of the way y'all ❣️❣️ my baby boy injured his paw while hiking and they helped us out. Very nice Staff and the doctor is very knowledgeable very clean space no other dogs in at all which is great! My baby gets 😆 excited. He is an attention seeker and can get uncomfortable in pain. They handled him very well with care. I was overwhelmed and over concerned but they indeed help reassure me my baby will be fine 💕Budget friendly for sure 😊 I humbly regret overreacting with emotional distress and freak out. When you're a pet parent they are your baby and this office really knows that!!!!😍😍😍😍 I love you guys thank you so much.
Jan 29, 2025 · Essence AlsberryAlways great service! Dr. Bennet and the entire staff are attentive and professional. They answer all my questions, and provide necessary information. The most important is that my cats are healthy and happy. Highly recommend!
Jan 04, 2025 · Iryna Topykha0 stars for this place. What they did to my dog is unacceptable. April 3 was his last time in that place. Never ever taking my dog back to that place again. I was told they had no groomer in that day but they could still trim my dog's hair. My brother took our dog to this appointment and after his regular check up the vet took him for that trim when she brought him out he no hair they had shaved it all off and my dog had scrapes all over his body they actually hurt my dog. My brother never complains so he just paid for everything and left. If I would have been there I would have not paid for that grooming service charge of $65 and probably yell at someone because I was mad as hell when I got home and saw my dog like that. I pay a grooming service because I don't want to hurt my dog and that's what these people did. I could have done a better job myself and I have no training at all. My brother told me that the vet didn't even apologize for what they had done to my dog. Not only did they hurt him they left patches of long hair in some places of his body. Whoever did this had clearly never done it before or was really mad and took it out on my dog. I don't think these people care about the pets they see they only care about the MONEY. My dog was whining that day because he was hurting. Yesterday I had to take him to the emergency veterinary because I couldn't see him in pain anymore.
Apr 06, 2017 · Sara FernandezLet me tell you that I typically only rate the places that I adore, rather than the places that I think have not proved worthy of a high rating. However, rather than using transparency, when asked directly about pricing or other options, this doctor flat out lied. Yes, we were 5 minutes late, but there was not a long line of patients and their 11 -year-old client Cayonna has been a patient of theirs since she was a puppy. Simply because she assumed that the owners, who have disabilities and speak English as a second language, is reason enough to swindle the hard-working, low-income people out of their resources. My friend and I inherited Cayonna and she is a service dog. The last owner faithfully saw Dr. Bennett, despite financial hardship. Since I newly acquired her, I had questions. This place could not even give me an about quote in writing about how much spaying was going to be, which they had recommended. The doctor recommended 2 separate surgeries to remove 2 nipples without checking first to see if they were malignant nor benign . The surgeries alone would cost $8,000 and that’s without the cost of anesthesiology, bloodwork, medication and ongoing exams. Looking through her past blood work, it became apparent that she had leukemia . This was confirmed by another facility. Why would this veterinarian recommend multiple procedures that could only increase her likelihood of death on the operating table. This woman should permanently have her license revoked. Animal rights and humane rights matter when running a veterinary practice, and treating owners with informed healthcare decisions is a standard quality of care.Other concerns:-Forgot to do a heart rate check-did not address the blatant obvious problem with her bleeding paws-refused to let us take the dog’s harness off (which was a sort of vest covering many of the other nipples that should have be checked for abnormalities )-rudely stated that if I needed to discuss anything related to my dog’s lack of hunger, that I needed to schedule an additional behavioral health appointment because she is running 35 minutes late for next appointment.Cayonna is the sweetest dog. Why would she not want to show genuine concern for a dog that this vet has personally treated over the last 11 years.
Jan 16, 2025 · Jennifer CI have a couple of things going on and I missed the appointment but the way the person left. It was a Hispanic male that left a voicemail saying oh you have lost your $64. I really don’t appreciate that. You don’t even understand what’s going on in the sarcastic in the voice that I lost $64 for a missed appointment or $68 That doesn’t speak anything about animal love I do not recommend in this place try thrive or instead.
