Mountain State Veterinary Services Reviews
They are rude and seem to not really care enough about the animals. I would travel 50 miles to another vet before going back there. Also, good luck actually getting someone to answer the phone there. Less staff means more money for them, I guess. If you care about your pets, DO NOT bring them here!!!
May 16, 2025 · Lee Ann MillsVet Tech was rude and condescending to my wife. Also blew a vein while attempting to draw blood. Did receive an apology from the owner which is why I bumped the rating to two stars but this incident has me looking at other veterinarian offices to care for my furry children.
Mar 17, 2025 · Austin TaylorThe vet and staff was very nice and professional. They were able to squeeze us in last minute and write the prescriptions we needed. The only bad part is that they take your animal inside while you have to wait in the car.
Nov 05, 2021 · Martin CampbellIt's all about money. They are still using covid as a reason for not letting you go in with your pet. They don't listen to you about what is going on with your pet. They misdiagnosed my dog. Said she had ringworm n she actually had hyperthyroidism. She suffered for months bc of being misdiagnosed
Jun 01, 2022 · Belinda HarrisonOur last visit was not satisfactory. The veterinarian was more concerned with me wearing a face mask than she was with making sure our dogs received the proper vaccinations and medications. After repeatedly telling her that we travel with our pets we left there without them getting Kennel cough shots (I didn't realized this until I was reviewing my receipt with my husband at home) or even a mention of heartworm medication. In years past I have highly recommended this practice. Never again.
