★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1They have been amazing with my pets and especially with the loss of my boy Lincoln. They were kind, helpful and really helped me feel at ease with a hard situation. My pets are in great hands there. 100% recommend.
July 22 · Jessica AI don't feel comfortable ever returning to this vet clinic. I requested the day off work so I could take my senior Kitty in to get blood work done for her failing kidneys. Most of us know it's difficult getting our kitties in the container especially when they are old and easily stressed out. once there they recommended a few things for her to get done a urinalysis and blood work was included in those things. Cost almost $400. I got a text message 2 Days later telling me I need to bring her back in because apparently they hadn't taken enough blood. So once again I had to find time in my busy schedule and bring my sick senior Kitty through that traumatic experience again. So a week later and now they are saying they need her to come back in for a urinalysis. I asked what happened the first time because it was already paid for and the receptionist said she just doesn't know what happened to the sample. So either they dropped it, lied about taking it the first time, or they are just that incompetent. I do not trust these people no longer to care for my pets.
August 01 · Kallie JamesDr Fay and her staff are so amazing to have on your team. They take dedication in making sure your pet is well cared for and you understand what's happening. They don't make you feel lost in the care of a sick pet. Thank you for always being the ones to make our Dogs feel the best they can. Donnie says thanks for all the snuggles.
December 22 · Megan DelkSuper caring amazing team. All so understanding with my very excited and also very heavy dog. Super caring to the community and fantastic vet that cares about all progress with all pets. Would definitely recommend.
June 05 · April HauryThey killed my 6 year old dog Bentley by giving him insulin even after they realized he was not diabetic. When I went to see my boy he was in hypoglycemia and couldn't walk or even recognize me and they disregard that and say he had a blood clot from Cushing's disease medication I didn't even know he was taking or tested for. Would never recommend or go near that place again.
