UrgentVet Reviews
Was able to ‘Save my Spot’ online to see Dr. Burke for my pup’s limping that unfortunately happened during a holiday weekend and my usual vet was closed. The doctor and staff were kind and understanding of our concerns and treated our baby with the utmost care. We were promptly attended to and left within a reasonable time after receiving labs, medication, X-rays, and plan of care going forward until we see our usual vet. Will highly recommend this urgent care for anyone needing to receive great care for their beloved pet when in a pinch. Thank you so much UrgentVet!
May 26, 2025 · kogepan 712Walked in with my cat and had to be there a couple hours. Everyone was so friendly, our tech made sure to let me know updates of how things were going in the back. This was a return visit after we had to put our rabbit down a few months ago. Would recommend time and time again. Prices are standard and not much more than my primary vet.
Mar 31, 2025 · Madeline ReddingUrgent Vet was there when we needed them. Took excellent care of our cat Winston. The diagnosis was not what we expected or wanted to hear, but we received our lab results and diagnosis while we waited and received a thorough explanation of everything. They were very up front with their pricing, and while we were shocked by the cost, all of the testing was necessary. They faxed results and a progress note to our usual Veterinarian and gave us clear instructions how to schedule with the specialist they recommended. I was very impressed with the seamless and compassionate care they provided to us.
May 23, 2025 · LynnI originally made an appointment at the Cary location because my cat recently developed an eye infection. Unfortunately, they had a ninety-minute wait to be seen, so I was asked if I would be willing to drive 15 minutes to this location instead to get her seen sooner. (They were kind enough to offer a $20 voucher off the exam fee for the inconvenience!)Vet Jerry Bayer was extremely professional and prompt when taking care of my baby, and I thank him heavily. With that being said, I would like to extend a special thank you to Sydney! She immediately greeted me with so much warmth and kindness, and remained that way all throughout my time there. My cat was feral before I adopted her and is pretty timid around pretty much everyone and everything, but I appreciate Sydney SO much for her understanding care and patience. It's been a little over 24 hours since leaving, and my baby's eye is already looking much better thanks to you all. :)
Jul 04, 2025 · Hayley LynnI held my spot in line via the web. My name was on the screen when I arrived and a vet assistant took us back within a minute of clicking that we’d arrived. The vet saw my pet within 10 minutes. Checkout instructions were clear and followed up with a written copy. Excellent care.
