Crossroads West Veterinary Center Reviews
Absolutely love and adore Dr. Bart Miller and staff! We have trusted all of our frenchies with him and he is absolutely amazing!
Jun 09, 2025 · Sara PayneWe’re Doberman and English Bulldog breeders…to say we love this place is an utter understatement, we drive 1.5 hours each way to see Dr. Miller because he’s so thorough and amazing with ALL our babies! We’re friends with a lot of other English bulldog and French bulldog breeders and the horror stories we’ve heard from them about losing their dogs and/or puppies due to vet malpractice or dealing with a vet not experienced with “squishy face” pups is so sad. We tell everyone that Dr. Miller has a genuine love for dogs and we adore his honesty but above all his experience with the breed is what makes him our hero. We tried 2 other closer vets… for simple pregnancy check ups and quickly realized we couldn’t even trust them for that, the 1.5 drive is nothing when it comes to the health of our babies. Dr. Miller you rock!Update: We had an appointment today and my Google alerted me to leave a review (I did this a year or so ago) but I’m nosey and sitting here looking at some of these negative reviews and laughing, they must have this office mixed up with another office, I have aggressive dogs and obnoxious dogs and this office has never been anything but catering to us, when it comes to surgeries Dr. Miller is always honest and won’t push for something not necessary, my babies RX’s… I think we’ve gotten 2 from him, he advises us on what to buy OTC to save money… and again never pushed for anything not necessary. So to the people posting bad reviews realize you’re getting quality care at a more than fair price, if you got attitude from anyone in the office it’s probably right after we just left with a slew of loud rowdy pups lol.
Aug 06, 2024 · Brooke NeisI started using Dr. Miller seven years ago. We had another vet treat our Bulldog puppy who was 16 weeks old. Unfortunately the vet made a careless, uninformed decision that caused the death of our 16 week old puppy 45 minutes after dropping her off. We are very familiar with the Bulldog Breeds as we have 5 of them. Dr. Miller is the most educated veterinarian I have ever encountered when it comes to the bully breeds. He is always upfront, always shows real concern, and spends time talking and explaining all of the particulars and options that may be available for whatever particular reasons for visits. Our dogs are all like family, and when our 13 year old female bulldogs time had unfortunately came to be, instead of having to take her somewhere that she wouldn’t want to be in her last moments, Dr. Miller drove out to our house and assisted us at home. Something you would never expect to hear in todays time. There is no one I would trust more when it comes to our dogs.
Oct 27, 2022 · Jason MoyersDr. Miller is literally an angle. My dog was having trouble giving birth and all the other vets turned me away or tried to charge me 2 arms and a leg to give her a c-section. I am forever grateful for him coming back in late night to help us. I know without his help I prolly would’ve lost all the dogs. I will be going to him from now on to care my dogs. I highly recommend
Oct 05, 2024 · Kadesia ThompsonDr Miller is the breeders Vet. He answers emergency calls. He finds a way to see the most urgent cases. He is definitely my doctor for @frenchiema_1 on Instagram. Thanks again Doc.
