Partner Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center Reviews
My baby boy Ben came into this facility on Saturday will very little hope of survival. He had a gastric episode that left him in sepsis and shock. Without the swift care of these professionals my baby would not be alive today. He walked out of there 5 days later and happy to report doing pretty well all things considered. This place and the people here are top notch. There expertise, communication, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond saved his life. I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you all so much for everything you did for my Benny. We all will be forever grateful to each one of you.
Apr 05, 2025 · Kimberly ButtsPartner Vet went above and beyond to deliver excellent care. Based on my experience I trust them and their staff wholeheartedly and know they are providing and excellent service while doing right by their patients in their greatest time of need. I’ve dealt with a lot of vets and animal care providers in the past and this stood out to me as a notable experience that I wanted to share. I would highly recommend Partner Vet and CVCA for your pet.I brought my 5 year old Great Dane to Partner Vet last night as she was experiencing acute heart failure. The staff were so helpful and immediately took action to bring her heart rate down, stabilize her and make sure I was informed as to what was going on. They explained calmly what was happening to her and provided me with a treatment plan. Given her size, the need for specialized care, a cardiologist, specialized tests and medication - her treatment plan was not cheap. It came to about $4,500. They very kindly talked me through it and each item on the list and explained their reasoning on why they felt each item was necessary for the critical state she was in. I went ahead and agreed to the treatment plan and they kept her overnight. I received updates from them at every step including from both the ER staff and numerous calls from the cardiologist today. When k came to pick her up for discharge they provided me a $1400 refund for certain tests and medication that they ultimately felt they didn’t need to provide her. I had no idea what tests they had or hadn’t performed and they easily could’ve kept my bill at the $4500 number and I would have never been wiser. In addition to this - they proactively told me where I could buy her medication for cheaper - both through a compounding pharmacy and Costco rather than pushing me to purchase it though them.Overall I felt Rooney received amazing, kind, high quality care and I really felt like they cared about me as a person as well.
Jun 06, 2025 · Alexandra BarnesI took my 6mo old kitten here 12a and left around 4a, I would have spent all the time needed for my kitten to feel better. We saw Dr. Lee C. (I do not remember his full last name) and he was kind, informative, and answered all my questions. My kitten got a couple of shots, which she was not happy about, but the team handled her well nonetheless.Happy to report that based off Doctors orders, my kitten is back to being her crazy self.Thank you all!
May 26, 2025 · SPThe staff was absolutely wonderful.Caring, compassionate, professional, when it was needed most. Thank you so much for treating our Wilma so wonderfully. And your reassurance that we made the right decision for her meant the world to us.
Jun 23, 2025 · Amber SlovekExtremely compassionate staff! I brought in my cat after referral from my primary care and they were able to pick up on things that my primary care was unable to, took the time to ask about my cats normal behavior to make informed diagnostic care decisions. I appreciate everything they were able to do for me. Dr. Jacobs was absolutely fantastic. While my cats prognosis was dire and she ultimately passed at home, I would bring any and all animals here in the future to receive the level of care and compassion that I did on a very stressful day. Thank you to the wonderful team at Partner Veterinary!
