Community Veterinary Clinic Reviews
Our yellow and black labs used to be patients here from the time they were puppies. Our yellow lab, got very sick when she was two and was mis-diagnosed for months with what ended up being blood cancer. Had this vet clinic been more aggressive in seeking out answers, we very likely could have caught the cancer before it spread so bad. We ended up losing her when she was only 2-1/2. After this experience, we were very hesitant to take our black lab back there. Fortunately, she has been very healthy until recently when she hurt her back leg.I called CVC and spoke with Debbie, who was LESS than caring or compassionate. When I was done explaining what was going on with our lab, she said "Technically we haven't seen her in over 3 years" and "technically she is not our patient anymore" and "technically we are not accepting new patients/clients". There was no care for our lab, and clearly caring for animals is secondary to office practices which a kind-hearted person can choose to act on.
Jun 21, 2025 · Angela ManspergerWe have been taking our cat Ben there for three years. Awesome vet. Great prices, very reasonable. They are great with pets.

Jul 05, 2025 · Thomas DFirst time here, I really liked the staff and the doctor. Helpful and didn't feel like they were going overboard fishing for add ons. New patient and was in and out in about 30 min.
Feb 20, 2021 · Michael RoachThe front desk gal, Debbie is so rude. We have had numerous issues with her from the get go and after reading through the reviews it seems as though many others do as well.Dr. Trish needs to open her eyes on how the FACE of HER practice is treating her clients humans. I am a manager in customer service and Debbie’s customer service is absolutely unacceptable. However, I myself have expressed how rude she is in my very first appointment and Dr. Trish blew it off. At the time I thought it was because she was attempting to be professional and not have issues… however, 5 years later, she’s still there treating people like they don’t matter at all. This is your practice Dr. Trish. Why would you EVER want someone with such lack of customer service greeting people that call or come into your practice? I really enjoyed you as a vet and really that is the ONLY reason I’ve brought my sweet Daisy back, but Debbie in her own is enough to make me want to find another vet. Because you know, there’s a BUNCH of other veterinarians around grove city alone. I’d love to keep coming to your practice but I can’t handle Debbie any longer. She’s RUDE.Called to get a refill for something my dog takes. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to refill this prescription because I have had to prioritize my money elsewhere. She made me feel judged because I haven’t been in to pick it up, and when explaining to her that she’s made me feel this way, she can’t even apologize for it. She ALWAYS makes me feel like an inconvenience. We stopped going there initially because of her, definitely going to be the same reason all over again. You’d think with how wonderful the rest of the staff and vet are, they’d replace the face of their store with a much more pleasant person to deal with.
