I got the same level of service and care for my little guy that I do at our normal family vet. There was a small snafu with my cat’s records and I needed to get him a booster shop (hours) before leaving the country in order to board him. I was panicked to say the least. Despite being completely booked they found time to squeeze him for the shot. The staff was knowledgeable about their products and offerings, and though I didn’t subscribe to a plan I appreciated the information.Thanks for taking care of Ben!

4 stars – Excellent care, but front desk could be more welcomingThe vets and techs here are outstanding—knowledgeable, kind, and truly great with animals. That’s why I’m giving 4 stars.The front desk experience, though, could use some improvement. The tone can occasionally feel a bit curt, which isn’t ideal when you’re already stressed about your pet. For example, I arrived at 8 AM—what’s listed online and on the door as the opening time—and was told they weren’t open yet. I was informed that 8 AM is just for surgeries and that they’re working on updating the hours, which I understand. She did end up checking if the vet was in and got my medication, but the interaction made me feel like I was more of an inconvenience than a client.Once you’re past the front desk, it really is a great place for your pet. A little more warmth and clarity up front would go a long way.

Such a wonderful team here that truly cares about pets! I can’t speak highly enough about Dr Leanne and Gregory. Gregory is always so kind, helpful, and personable. Dr. Leanne is very knowledgeable. And heather up at the front desk is great. My dog loves coming here.

I got a lovely boy puppy, Smoke, a Staffie and Bully mix when he was 8 weeks old a few months ago. I only had a dog as a young kid so didn't have much experience. I spent countless hours searching a vet.…So happy I landed on Banfield. They are AWESOME!!! I purchased the upgraded puppy package and it so helps as all needed puppy shots are included, unlimited visits and flea/tick/heartworm meds. They also have a 24/7 chat in which has been useful to ask questions to a certified vet. The staff is awesome, supportive and caring. Smoke loves the staff and the treats he always gets. It also helps that its located in Petsmart as I can get remmendations on food & treats and grab them right at the store. I definitely recommend!

If you want an absolute waste of time then choose this location. My first time going there my dogs were seen by Dr. Leon-Isiano and it was horrible, when I showed concerns about my dogs health he pushed it off. This appointment was supposed to be an out patient visit but turned into me dropping my dogs off for 7hrs… bc they scheduled the appointment incorrectly. I will say the gentleman vet tech was the only one who seemed to show interest. I had to make another appointment for a booster shot and I showed up and they over booked themselves. The front desk lady said she’d transfer my application to the upper Arlington location. Long story short I called that location to confirm and she informed me that transferring can’t be done in the system. She then set me up and the appointment at the upper Arlington went AMAZINGLY.
