Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
Dr. Kirk and her staff were all very unprofessional and rude. We have been to other Banfield locations and have had great experiences. This time we felt that no one wanted to truly help us. As soon as we get to our room for our dog to be seen the vet assistant rushing us and didn’t even introduce herself. Our dog is usually very friendly towards everybody but gave a small growl at this woman. It seemed that this woman didn’t even like animals based off of her attitude. Very rude and very unprofessional.
Jul 19, 2025 · Kody NelsonTook my cat there , she was severely ill ....she stayed there for 4 hours and they did absolutely nothing to help her. These people are suppose to be trained professionals. They said my cat would not let them touch her. They told me it was her teeth when I just got her teeth cleaned 6 months ago with no issues. After I brought her home by the grace of God she was feeling better with still no clue to why she was so sick. I will no longer be taking her there and looking into other health insurance for my fur baby. This was a wake up call for me.
Jul 22, 2025 · Alicia MedinaI enjoy coming to this location. The staff are always kind and make me feel comfortable bringing my dog there. They take the time to explain things and never pressure me into purchasing additional services. I recently took my dog in for her first dental cleaning and they did a wonderful job taking care of her. I will definitely be bringing her back for future appointments.
Mar 15, 2025 · Christine Braun"Built on Trust" BULLSHIT I took my baby of 15 years here to become a sleeping angel and when I got my ashes back they forgot the bottle of her hair so I went back in and asked politely for it, as anyone would do right? They go back and find one that isn't labeled (their words) with hair that was white, black, and red..... if you see my attached photos you can clearly see that this wasn't my baby's fur. The guy at the counter said that the vet assured him it was mine and I told him they were very mistaken and that I refuse to take someone else's baby. We should have just had them take the clipping in the room but after they reasured us *multiple* times that they would take care of it after she passed despite my persistence in asking. Well now I will never, ever have it, thanks for your "trust" Banfield.... what a sick joke
Jul 18, 2025 · Kat SI loved this location. Just moved to the east valley & needed to find a banfield for my cat. For sure making this location our new spot. My cat has mega colon. We’ve seen countless vets over the years. Not one of them have ever suggested half of what the vet here mentioned. We have my boy on the proper combination of medicine now. The vet was very kind and communicated throughly with me. Felt like she was really in the little guys corner. When I expressed concern about something I was told by one other vet, she dug through records and gave me an answer. To me that spoke volumes and really made me feel like my cat was in good hands. We’ve only visited one time but the staff left a very positive impression on me for providing above and beyond care for my cat. Thank you !!! Providing a picture of the healthy and happy little guy.
