Old Dominion Veterinary Clinic Reviews
They made everything simple and easy to understand. My husband and I were heartbroken at the sudden way our cat became ill. In just a week, she spiraled downward. We knew she had reached the end of her life. She was between 14 and 15, but we were never sure because she came to us by way of someone that couldn’t keep her. She has been our furbaby ever since.I called and spoke to Ally, and she was the sweetest most compassionate person to me on the phone. She let me tell her all that was going on, and let me cry. She was able to work us in within 3 hours, because our Lexi was really near the end. They took her right in, and within a few minutes, our lil baby girl reached the rainbow bridge. I was heartbroken to lose her, but at the same time, I was grateful that she was no longer in pain. I owe it to the staff at Old Dominion. To Ally, I will never forget you, and the way you helped us get through this.
May 10, 2025 · Janice CoffmanWonderful experience! They worked our sick pup in when our primary veterinarian wouldn’t on the afternoon before Thanksgiving. They have certainly earned a few new furry patients. The experience was excellent, the team took their time and Dr. Spangler even got in the floor with our very anxious dog. They gave me the opportunity to ask questions, charge very reasonable rates and were all so nice and accommodating throughout our visit. Great environment and a great group of caring, patient, professionals.

The Old Dominion team took him in on late notice, cared for and treated him, and sent him back home healthy and happy. We particularly appreciate the care of the the staff members Olivia, gave to him. She is gentle and patient. We’ll continue to do business here and would recommend to friends
