Botetourt Veterinary Hospital Reviews
I can’t recommend this place enough, and even after just one visit. THIS is what real veterinary hospitals should be like. Greeted with smiles, everything is explained in detail, and at an affordable price. My cat was eating less during a recent move and Dr. Havrila was amazing in taking care of him. You can tell she loved her job and picked her craft well. Thankfully he was in perfect health, just a little anxious with the move. I will absolutely be coming back here once my little one is old enough to be neutered and needs his shots. Amazing staff and the building is very very clean. The app is also nice and you can order special food and get refills there. 5 stars will suffice but they deserve more.
Apr 16, 2025 · Haley BurksAbsolutely love them all. They really care for animals. We just had to visit with our older dog and Dr Clark was so caring. She explained everything to us and was very patient. Staff is awesome.
Jun 13, 2025 · Rose BrownWe were VERY happy with the care we received from Botetourt Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Havrila. Our cat Simba was very ill and we had not seen any progress at our prior care giver for a couple weeks. Dr Havrila showed genuine compassion and care to Simba and addressed our every concern and explained everything very well. She set out a care plan and I am happy to say two days after our visit he is showing a vast improvement. Our sincere thanks to Dr Havrila and all the team from BVH. Also, a big thanks for working us in on such a short notice. Every person we encountered was nice and professional.Update:We have had more issues with our little Simba, but BVH has been great to work with. The last couple of trips we have received care from Dr Clark. She is so good with Simba. He seems at ease with her. Dr. Clark is caring, concerned, and doing all she can to get Simba better. She listened to all our concerns and explained our options very well. The assistants and the front staff have been great to work with as well. Another great thing is their pricing is better than our past Vets.
