Pawsitive Results Animal Rehabilitation Center Reviews
I have been going to Pawsitive Results for just shy of 13 years. I have had many dogs visit them and have nothing but great things to say about Jen and Dr. Topham. When I first started going I had a foster dog that came from a bad situation and we weren't sure how he was going to be forhis visit. Jen had so much patience for him, even though he was not so nice. She sat on the floor with him and gave him peanut butter and treats until he was comfortable with her. By the end of the visit he was a puddle of happiness in her lap. I foster failed him and he currently goes to see Jen every 2 weeks and I am convinced he likes her more than me, he loves his visits with Jen so much. Jen has helped other foster dogs of mine and my own personal dogs, with empathy and compassion for each one. She has been so patient with me and my questions over the last 13 years. She has helped me rehab one of my dogs that has a pinched nerve in his neck and another that has had TPLO surgery, ACL tear and terrible arthritis. We drive almost an hour to see her every 2 weeks and I would drive more for my dogs to see her. I have referred many of my friends, family and clients to Pawsitive Results and will continue to recommended the ladies at Pawsitive Results.
Apr 03, 2025 · Reese EismonJen has been working with my reactive dog Greta for a while now, after each session Greta is relaxed and calm. I highly recommend Jen and staff. The experience is always positive, Jen is professional, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and make recommendations! Appointments are always are seen on time.
Apr 04, 2025 · Susan BohanekGo elsewhere is my recommendation because Jen the owner is anything but authentic & medically professional! HER DOG ATTACKED mine when we went for treadmill appointment and she lied to cover it up. Her dog was standing at front door when we entered building & grabbed my 3 yr old Labrador's head.. literally pinning us against the front door! Her dog latched onto my dog's face for several minutes, I got bit, was bleeding, but Jen didn't even so much as offer me a towel, I had to ask for something to stop the bleeding!! Then she started her cover up work to diminish what happened including almost lying in court until she saw me there (she changed plea then). JUSTICE FOR MY DOG! Her negligence cost me over $20,000 in neurological & emergency medical treatment for my dog who was there for treadmill because she WAS a dock diver! The business's insurance paid a fraction of my costs. My dog will never be the same and all Jen did was lie to cover up, never even called to check on us, she just scrambled to cover up her extreme negligence. She had been bringing the dog to work and knew it didn't like other dogs, and her dog later had to be put down because it bit again!! How does a professional let that happen?**There are much better options ** Aurora Vet has a FANTASTIC laser & treadmill program with amazing staff and that's when you see how lacking things are in Newbury!
Apr 01, 2025 · Robin LibWe have been bringing our senior dogs here for a few years. They are dealing with various issues ranging from post-op to arthritis to general aging.Tails start wagging as soon as they see where we are. They enjoy their treatments and leave with a spring in their step. We love the vitality in them, and the obvious reduction in discomfort. We can always tell when they're coming due for treatment, and they sleep soundly after they've had it. We are very grateful to pawsitive results for all they do for our quality of life and activity.
Apr 03, 2025 · Dennis BillingsThe staff is amazing at Pawsitive Results. My dog Oliver’s acl injury healed nicely thanks to the water tread mill and massage therapy.
