August 22 · Mary B HajzlMy cat Oliver fell sick and they got him in right away to see him. The Vet was kind and did her best to save him. Unfortunately, he is not going to recover. Today I called them a blubbery mess asking to schedule euthanasia for tomorrow. We scheduled it at 3 for tomorrow. However at 3:15 they called me and asked if I was coming in or not. I explained I was fully under the impression I had asked for tomorrow. I apologized several times for the mix up because I know that affects them as well. However, the woman on the other end of the line was so rude and insensitive about me having to put my family member down and missing an appointment I did not ask for in the first place. At the end of the call when I said sorry again she replied with “yes we’re sorry you missed the appointment too.” This was not heartfelt but snarky and mean. Yes there was a miscommunication but she chose not to have any compassion for the fact that I am choosing to let my beloved pet go and I’m hurting deeply. I scheduled with someone else and will never return to this vet as not all of the staff can be trusted to show care during one of the saddest days of my life.
August 19 · Rachael TaylorOver Memorial Day, someone shot my cat w/a .22 through the throat. Ridge to Rivers quickly got him in, x ray him and SAVED his life. Not to mention, surgery, pain meds, special post op soft food, iron supplements and x-rays all together cost $310. We will forever be grateful for their services.
May 30 · heather hindleI have had many good experiences with this vet. They have saved my pets atleast twice from dying or being in excruciating pain. Provided care to my dog when she had a slipped disk and lost the ability to use her back legs. She was able to walk again and 8 years later she is still doing good.
March 18 · Ginny ShulkaActually I give negative 5 stars but Google will not let me. The on call vet didnt answer their phone. So I text them and wasn't answered until 5 hours and 46minutes later. My cat was missing half his toe and all of his nail from what I cud tell and was throwing up a yellow liquid ALOT of yellow liquid I was under the impression that I cud bring him in when I was told it was cost me $250 for the vet visit due to it was a Saturday which I was more then willing to pay. I informed Rylie who works at front desk and the online vet that I'm disabled and did not get paid until end of month and this was an unexpected crisis and cud not but WUD pay in 11 days. Rylie was incredibly rude to me. Rylie then told me another $175 WUD b added to my bill for after hours emergency care cause I WUD have been maybe 5minutes past noon. Then her words exactly DONT BOTHER SHOWING UP IF U DONT HAVE THE MONEY UP FRONT. My cat ADDLE died later that day.
