Treatment was inappropriate!! Honestly, I do not use this veterinary practice, and I will never will. My relative did, and now her beloved dog has passed away. It is a horrible outcome that is the result of negligence. My relative always took her dog to the vet for yearly exams and vaccinations. During the last few visits, she pointed out several lumps on her dog and was seeking help. The vet felt them and said there is nothing to worry about, and no further tests were needed. The simple truth is that had a routine sonogram been taken sooner, my relatives companion would most likely still be here. I believe that if they had taken the time to run some more tests and scans, the tumors would have been found earlier, he might still be here today. The treatment, or lack thereof, was an incorrect choice. If the vet was not interested in administering proper care, he should have referred my relative to someone else to provide appropriate treatment.A doctor's mandate is to "do no harm." Sadly, this vet did significant harm and now a beloved friend is gone. The point is that when vets make mistakes, pets pay the price!!! - Jade sawangsang

However, it is crucial for prospective clients to be aware that there are also severe criticisms regarding diagnostic thoroughness and communication in certain situations. This particular feedback highlights concerns about the depth of diagnostic investigations and the communication regarding potential referrals for complex conditions. While there are positive accounts of compassionate care, the critical review serves as an important reminder for pet owners to engage in thorough discussions about diagnostic pathways and to feel empowered to seek second opinions or referrals if they have significant concerns about their pet's health and the recommended course of action.
